Do folks think people just make this stuff up because it's Trump? There were rarely previous Republican presidents that called out as being racist by Democrats because.. they weren't. Where there is smoke...

All the beliefs in Trump's racists tendencies come from his own actions and his own comments, so you can stop acting as if it is just a random slur to throw at Trump to demean him further. Perhaps if he stopped making ridiculous comments that sound borderline racist, people wouldn't assume he was.

Day to day running is the job of the president.
Someone else doing his job doesn't take his responsibility away.

I'm gonna be a stubborn prick on this one.

Also, just out of curiosity.
Your sig "Againt intellectual cowardice".
Is that a typo?

Again, it was Fred Trump explicitly mentioned in the case files. A stubborn prick is one thing; a mistaken stubborn prick is another.

Yes, that is a typo. Thanks.

Those who can think, know a logical fallacy when they see one..

Some one who doesn’t know a logical fallacy is known as a conservative.

Ummm psst, that's fallacious thinking.

BWAHAHAHA

I’m not an intellectual.. I’m a trailerpark kid from Mississippi..

It doesn’t take an intellectual to have taken a debate class and know a logical fallacy when I see one.

College professors , scholars, mathematicians, exc are all intellectuals, and the vast majority are liberals..

Racism: the belief that one or more races is superior or inferior to one or more races..

Guess what is not part of that definition????

“Falsely accused someone of racism”

If you falsely accuse someone of racism, you are wrong, lying, a political shill, an idiot , exc, exc, exc..

It does not magically change the definition of racism to mesh with conservative toddler logic.

I didn't ask you to take a debate class, though, we've establish a while back that its good that you could never teach one.

Being ranked top 5 in education spending, while ranking 30+ in the world is not something I'd want to brag about Intellectuals and Liberals owning if I were you..

So all the liberals that accuse Trump or his supporters of racism here on ATS and elsewhere are wrong, lying, a political shill, an idiot , exc, exc, exc.. then? Just as I thought.

Intellectuals is a relative term for the “smartest or most scholarly people in society..”

So you saying they suck would kinda lower the bar for how smart the rest of the people in that society are..

Irreguardless, the politicians run the school systems.. the conservative politicians in most places..

Meanwhile California ranks dead last in quality of life and 41st in education.

Stop giving me cop-out fallacious answers to defend your position.

I do not think people understand the words they use today and their definitions.
I wish more people would read your post and think about it.

Well if the last two presidents (Bush, Trump), who are dumb as soup, are any sign of the republican intelligence, then I am sorry to say, it just proves the lack of intelligence that is prevalent in conservative circles. Not saying all are but there appears to be a lot who vote for idiots like those two.

Just a bunch of misguided busy-bodies who believe that saturating the air with anti-Trump hysteria/lies/TDS will somehow harm him. In reality, he loves these folks because they provide (oh so much) more noise vs. signal ratio, making it difficult if not impossible to tune in on what is real/legitimate.

I don't even pay them any mind any more. They say so much nonsense/spew so much BS, and a lot of Americans are wise to their dirty tricks and subversive tactics. They will continue to fail as they generally always have (with few exceptions)

Meanwhile, the show is quite entertaining and I have a jar with the volume of Lake Erie full of lefty-extremist tears. I've also met some excellent moderates who have an articulate, logical (but very different) vision of our future.

Then again, these moderates are coming over to our side en masse with all the purity control BS going on with the DNC. "Progressives" (socialist extremists) want to hijack the party? Please do! Keep sending us all the moderate Dems.

The last two Presidents were Bush and Obama...

Lets at least get that right before we discuss intelligence.

Don't be willfully stupid. We dont need access to his inner thoughts to know he's a racist, when his words and actions speak for themselves. And if you claim that he has never said anything racist, you're either extremely uninformed or extremely disingenuous. There is no other option.
This garbage is so tiresome. You like a racist, idiotic, narcissistic, sleazebag a**hole of a president. Fine. If you like him, then just be man enough to own up to his deficiencies. Own up to supporting a racist. Stop making lame excuses trying to claim that those things aren't true, because you aren't fooling any semi-intelligent person. Stop spouting stupid excuses and have the courage of your convictions and admit that you support a stupid racist a**hole. The excuses and deflections are tiresome, and they are stupid, and they accomplish nothing.

Also, ypur thread title is one of the dumbest thibgs i have ever read. Yes, the people who criticize someone for repeatedly saying racist things are the real racists. That makes perfect sense. People who criticize ravist behavior are secretlu racist. Good grief. Disingenuous, idiotic nonsense. The fact that you got that many stars just shows how far this site has fallen and how trashy it has truly become.

The Ones who Complain the Most are Usually Guilty of their Own Accusations .

My Daddy always said "a bit dog hollers first." Psychologists refer to it as "projection." But whichever way one phrases it, the idea is the same.

I have been reading this thread in a bit of disbelief. I was born in the early sixties; while I did not get to see the days when whites and blacks had their own bathrooms, I did grow up in the era where racism abounded. I saw it first-hand. Racism is not some intellectual construct concocted by the UN or a bunch of scientists. It is an ugly, despicable thing.
  • Racists take great pleasure in hurting, even at times killing, the targets of their racism. It is sport to them.
  • The reason it is sport is because they do not see their targets as human, but rather subhuman.
  • Racists will go out of their way to ensure that they never have to come in contact with their targets, except when their targets are being targeted.
  • That means a racist will not hire their targets, work with their targets, socialize with their targets, etc.
Somewhere in history we drifted away from reality where racism is concerned. Now, I have heard the end result: there are those on here who argue that racism is not racism. They have taken a term that is defined as I specified above and twisted it around so it no longer means anything. The reasoning is obvious to me... the OP is generally correct. Those who cry "racism" are actually racists. And no, it's not a case of "I know you are, but what am I?"... it is a case of reasoning the arguments made by the same people on the national stage who cry "racism!" at every opportunity. Here's a few examples:
  • Voter ID laws are generally claimed to be racist, because they make it more difficult for black folk to vote. However, this belief is not borne out by the facts. Those who claim such laws are racist are claiming that those of different races are unable to obtain ID or too indigent to obtain ID, for no other reason than their race... the definition of racism.

  • The travel ban was supposed to be racist because it targeted primarily Islamic countries. Never mind that Islamic is a religious denomination instead of a race... the fact that those who opposed the ban for religious reasons obviously believed that the targeted countries were unable by virtue of their culture to comply with normal VISA regulations. In other words, the inhabitants of those countries were subhuman in the mind of the protesters... racism.

  • The statement about a country being a "____hole" is touted as a racist comment; however, the truth is that the country in question has higher poverty rates, more crime, and less infrastructure than others, making it a poor place to live. The non-racist would say that the inhabitants might need help getting on their feet, but they should take some responsibility for their condition and do what they can to improve it; the racist says that such a requirement is racist, because the inhabitants are simply not capable of improving their country because of their culture. In other words, the inhabitants are inherently inferior to others... racism.
That's just a few examples off the top of my head... there are many more. So it becomes obvious that those who tend to cry "racism" are indeed often guilty of believing that their targets are inherently less than human, helpless and dependent on help to accomplish the simplest tasks. That is the exact same thinking I heard way back in my days growing up, and it was racist back then... guess what? It's still racist today.

And on full display, I might add. It would not surprise me if many of those I am accusing are actually members of the KKK, hiding in plain sight using finger-pointing to cover their own bigoted thought processes. After all, the KKK flourished under the belief that black folk were inferior to white folk.

Me? I say every man, woman, or child is a human being, with the same rights, feelings, desires, and responsibilities to society as every one else. Physical characteristics or place of origin is irrelevant to that. That means I will treat them with the same respect and consideration I will treat anyone else... and that means I hold them to the same standards I hold others to. If they fail those standards (by stealing, cheating others, hurting others, or callously being a burden to society without cause), that has nothing to do with racism... it has to do with the individual. That's not racism. That's just how life is.
