The Middle East on a Knife Edge

So with everything thats happened in the last few days the middle east has hotted up, iran and syria are teaming up, a mysterious explosion took place in Iran only to have the reason changed multiple times.

Could we see a war break out between the US/Israel and Iran/Syria?
Could we see the beginnings of world war 3?
Could we see the collapse of the middle east and the forming of a Muslim Super power thats see itself as the enemy of the west?


Many events have happened very quickly within a short space of time, things are hotting up and the next week looks to be a very dangerous time.

Yeah... I was thinking when I heard about the missile. It could end up being this war's "shot heard around the world."

Hopefully things will calm down soon enough though, and this moment of tension will pass over with little or no consequence as others have in the past.

America came in and made the place untidy, this is why Blair is wanting Bush to be more peaceful. Sadly the SPEC-OP mission from the US in Iran, which explains the "odd explosion", makes things even more dangerous now.

With Benjamin Netanyahu back as Israel's prime minister and raising ire from the Palestinian Authority and the US for further threatening to impede the already dormant Israel-Palestinian peace process, I thought it's worth posting this news item that once again is a reminder of the Middle East being on a knife's edge:

If Ted Cruz wins the 2024 Republican presidential nomination and eventually the White House, he will order the State Department to classify the Palestinian Authority as a terrorist state because he is staunchly pro-Israel but also has advocated for ending all taxpayers fund to the Palestinian Authority.
