Trump needs to change the max penalty from one year to ten years for voting as a noncitizen. Then step up it’s enforcement so that these noncitizen idiots know with a high degree of certainty that if the vote they will go to jail.

No. We don't need to pay for 10 years of incarceration. Just make they sure they get front of the line for deportation after civil forfeiture proceedings help to pay for their trip back home.

I don’t believe that we would have to actually incarcerate many. A REAL threat of 10 years in jail would stop this illegal voting. However, if some need to go to jail to understand how serious this violation is to us then so be it. I’m willing to pay for my freedoms.

Simply deporting them is a revolving door in so many cases and no real threat.

Forfeiture proceedings should be used in any case to pay for their costs on us.

Except that those illegals will come back, and then once again democrat cities/states, or anyone else would use illegals to get votes. Not to mention, we can't deport legal residents, but a 10-20 year prison term will stop all of it. Not to mention the counties/cities/states in which for "some unexplained reason" Hillary got more votes than there are voters in those regions... This is not the only way democrats are resorting to to get votes. It's one of many ways. What about the people who were supposed to be deported under the Obama administration and instead they were made citizens? Some of you have mentioned the votes from "dead people". What about illegals who are in the military, yet they do get a military id card, how many of them are voting?

It has gotten so bad that it would take a lot of taxpayer money to fix this, not to mention a President and an administration willing to stop this from ever occurring again. IMO, prison terms from 10-20 years would curtail a lot of these "illegal votes".
