Trump repealed an Obama era E.O. which would have taken firearms away from elderly people who accepted health professionals to manage their finances.

1) It was not an EO, it was a rule from the Social Security Administration.

2) It did not take firearms away from "elderly people who accepted health professionals to manage their finances." What it did do was provide information to NICS about people who were receiving disability payments due to mental health determinations, and who were receiving those payments through someone other than themselves.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has clarified through regulations that this prohibition covers individuals who have been determined by a court, board, commission or other lawful authority as a result of marked subnormal intelligence, or mental illness, incompetency, condition or disease to be a danger to himself or to others, or who lacks the mental capacity to contract or manage his or her own affairs.[4]

In order to take the rights of an individual in this country, a person must be charged with a crime, tried, and found guilty of that crime.

Shame people weren't this outraged because denial of due process, and gun taking began in 1934, and continued up in to this day.

With the biggest denial of due process came in 1998 when the background check system was implemented.

Where you would be compelled to be witness against yourself every time you buy a firearm, and ATF form 4473 was to be filled out.

You can hate Trump all you want, but where has that hate been at for the last seven decades?

Not true. In 4 states and 18 pending all it takes is a warrant to remove your guns if you seem to be acting in a manner where you could hurt yourself or others.

If you are convicted of a felony or domestic abuse in some states you have to turn in your guns.
