Here is the actual evidence.

Judge Orders Mueller to Provide Flynn’s Attorneys With 'Any Exculpatory Evidence'

A federal judge has issued an updated standing order in the case of U.S. v. Flynn, suggesting that Special Counsel Robert Mueller's team may have withheld exculpatory evidence in prosecuting former national security adviser Michael Flynn. Judge Emmet G. Sullivan, United States district judge for the District of Columbia, on Friday issued what is called the “Brady rule," which requires the prosecution to turn over "any exculpatory evidence" to the defendant in a criminal case, meaning Mueller must provide Flynn with all information that is favorable to his defense.

So the Flynn plea might be off the table

it is going to burn the dems to the ground when this gets thrown out
i hope they cling to their rUsSiA until november
as there will be more scotus seats to fill

That, and so far every single thing from the SC has
been process crimes and financial crimes.

Without the SC, there would be no process crimes.
That leave financial crimes from 2014 and earlier.

Even the Russian trolls were only charged with
financial crimes. Notice - No Electioneering.

And Nancy Pelosi is out there every day
freaking out about tax cuts and how
ungodly that is. These Dems have
really lost sight of what people actually
care about.

This article is a good recent summary of events in the Flynn case.

The Michael Flynn guilty plea stinks to high-heaven

- The reason that Flynn was originally interviewed was mostly for suspected violations of the Logan Act - a law that has never been enforced and for which no one has ever been prosecuted.

- Acting Attorney General Sally Yates was the one who sent agents to interview Flynn. She was totally resistant to Trump, for which she was fired. She was also in the meeting Jan 5 to discuss the "Russia investigation", attended by Obama, Biden, Comey and Rice.

- Comey told Congress that agents who interviewed Flynn did not think he lied.

- The original judge on the Flynn case was mysteriously removed. It turns out he is also a FISA judge, and rumors are that he was the one that allowed the spying on US citizens based on the phony dossier.

- Flynn may have pleaded guilty only because he ran out of money and the FBI were threatening action against his son.

- The new judge, Sullivan, immediately demanded all exculpatory information on the case. He said that he would decide what was relevant, not the prosecutor. This is a rare request at the sentencing stage after a guilty plea. New evidence could include the findings in the Page FISA warrant situation, showing that any reasons to interview Flynn in the first place were based on illegal wire taps.

it sounds more and more like, 'they won'. the US government is in disarray and the political system is upside down and our intelligence agencies lost all credibility.

let's wait and see but,

somewhere, some people, are cheering with some expensive, triply distilled vodka.

but oh my oh my

Do you know how unusual this is? Flynn waived the right to exculpatory evidence in his plea deal. That's because the 302 was altered, and everyone knows it.

The American people no longer blindly follow the media, politicians, and intelligence services which gave us all the wonderfulness of the last 70 years?

You are right. This is Not good... Someone get America a big ass sleeping pill so we can get things "back to normal" again, QUICK!

Of course for those of us who are capable of "big picture thinking", meaning we can shift our perspectives in order to gain further insight into our situation, we KNEW waking up society wasnt gonna be easy, we KNEW the enemy would be fighting back with everything theyve got, we KNEW society would have a period of normalization with some chaos as people adjust to the new paradigm. I guess if you are frozen in the perspective of a frightened worker ant on the ground, all this chaos is 100% bad and you think we just need to do whatever it takes to go BACKWARD, back to the normal You are comfortable with... But like a childbirth, you cant just "go back" when the going gets tough. You gotta push through it and get to the END of the process. It's one of those situations where best way out, is through.

Our intelligence services lost credibility over vietnam, iran/contra, iraq 1, 9/11, iraq 2, Afghanistan and so on. They did this to themselves. Russia didnt call them up and say "What say you tell your own people lies about Tonkin Incident, babies in incubators, WMDs, the drug war, and any other lie you can think of that will start wars? Come ON... it'll be fun!"

That did not happen. So... I'm just left wondering... what caused you to blame all that on the Russians?

And why do you see it as bad thing that ppl no longer blindly trust organizations which have been lying for generations and benefitting themselves from the suffering of humankind?

You're just worried you might not be able to get your starbucks, or god forbid there may be an interruption to your Netflix or Hulu programming?

"Sorry, guys, humanity can't move on to the next level. Fat["donkey"] over here needs his steady diet of fast food and low IQ programming."

This leads to the obvious question..was McCabe working with the Russians?

no...the obvious question is....why does any American believe this BS anymore?...with all that has come out about hostile foreign governments trying to deliberately get us to hate each other and distrust our own people.....don't drink the frikkin' Kool-Aid again
