DACA EO was ruled unconstutional

The EO isnt constitutional

Just because you keep saying it, doesn't make it true.
Constitutional? pt 2

He's been one for over a year now with over 50% approval-higher than O was at this point

And you, you need to learn how to check in with reality before making such preposterous claims.

Even more confusing is DACA EO was ruled unconstutional.

So now we got a judge saying let's enforce an unconstutional EO by saying it's unconstutional to do away with the unconstutional rule.

Man these judges are messed up!

It wasn't "ruled " unconstitutional. Jeff Sessions, with his lips attached firmly to the rear end of President Grab them by the P**** said it was unconstitutional, to justify revoking it. The judge in the new case has ruled that Sessions was wrong, so the rationale for revoking was defective, and, therefore violated the due process clauses (Amendments 5 and 14) of the Constitution. I really wish people would actually read judicial opinions before screaming rabidly about them. It would prevent a lot of "Never Minds."

Obama was loved by the nation. Not a lie.
And now we have..... And nobody loves him.

Obama was loved by Half of th enation in truth. and POLLS are not a true indicator of happiness with a president..especially when its been proven they are usually wrong or made to get to a certain amount already baked in.

Since law enforcement (and immigration too, actually) falls under the authority of the Executive branch, with what mechanism would the Judicial branch enforce such a ruling?

The US Constitution.

Regardless of the authority the Executive branch has, it does not have the power to subvert the constitutional protections we have.

The fact that some judges like to legislate from the bench doesn't automagically make rulings like this binding, and it in no way obligates the Executive branch to give rulings like this any weight whatsoever.

We've had activist judges trying to pull crap like this for way too long, and any judge that attempts to do so should be thrown out on their ass.

That's just empty platitudes that have been regurgitated many times over the years.

Disagree with a's "activist judges legislating from the bench".

Blah blah.

The EO isnt constitutional so they have no right to protection.

Anyone and everyone in this country has constitutional protection of due process.

MIlitary prisoners Do not. They are subject to Military law alone. im talking about terrorist/spies/other nationals not US citizens.

DACA/dreamers as stated before ADMIT they are here illegally, and as such no trial is needed. They can be deported as soon as the EO sunsets if President trump directs ICE to ignore the court order seeing as he is the Executive branch leader. Shoot he can use a EO to nullify their ruling if he wanted to.

And yesterday, the SUPREME COURT said that the prior two lower court rulings stand, for now. The DACA immigrants can stay in America until a final ruling is reached...or the Congress enables a path to citizenship for them.

President Trump wanted Congress to enable 800,000 DACA-Dreamers to stay permanently (path to citizenship), in addition to another 1 million non-citizens.

Crazy Democrats should have done the right thing for these people, after President Obama allowed them to enter the U.S.. in 2011.
