did I say retaliate? nope.

the LEAST we can do is set up a plan to protect our voting polls, why hasn't trump implemented something like that? when it's done to putin does he ignore it like a puss? putin ignoring a threat.. i don't think so.

After today and another bunch of lies from that hole who can't manage to tell the truth about anything you bet your ass I'm pissed...and then he has everybody within his greasy grasp lying for him too. It's a disgrace. He's an embarassment.
No wonder his parents didn't want him around. I feel them.

He looks guilty of collusion because he is guilty of collusion.

And you know this how? you told a poster a couple posts up he thinks hillary is a criminal because of russian conspiracy theories. So negative information about hillary comes from russia and i guess fox reports it because of that. But your information is factual and that's why cnn, msnbc and others report it right? Do you see what I'm saying? You say that trump is guilty of collusion with such certainty, as if you have some kind of secret reliable info that the rest of us don't have, even mueller, who hasn't released any findings. Meanwhile info being reported about hillary wrongdoing is nothing more than russian propaganda. I would like to take you serious, despite your very accurate screen name. But as long as you have the attitude that any info that supports your bias is good info, and anything that goes against it, is russian or a lie, then I just can't.

The histrionics going on over a hack into a system that had zero effect is amusing in a sad way.

Yes Russia tried to influence last election, yes they will try to influence this election, and the next and the next... just like we will try to influence Russian elections.

Shore up the voter roster cyber defense sure no problem, it should be done... but acting like this has never happened is absurd... why didn't Obama's administration do something, or Bush jr, this is nothing new.

with the evidence that has been shown nothing changed because the russians hacked a few voter rolls, heck I am still more pissed that so many people seemed meh over the previous administration trying to make selling your personel information into the TPP and some of you mutton heads didnt care.

But good lord finally realize another country is going to try and influence our election and you lose your bloody minds, seriously get some persepctive we directly influenced russian elections at least 1 time making certain Yeltsin got re-elected I think it was under Bill Clinton and nobody cared.

Fricking ignorant hypocrites..

Just remember the Pokemon lie!

These are games as usual. All the major players play them not just Russia...only now its useful to those in politics to use it as a tool to serve their own purposes. Watch for the bombardment of propaganda from our own regarding this as well as Russia's.

Right. It's "games as usual" for nations to meddle in the affairs of another. It just took the Trump presidency for the Right to not care about Russia doing it in ours.

It also is "games as usual" except one nation has never had the chance to place their own guy in the other nation's top perch until Trump. Neither nation had ever dreamed of being able to "slide one by" that easily, until Trump.

It is also games as usual that when our country sanctions another, especially with 517 votes, the president enforces the sanctions. Until Trump.

The other thing, meddling as usual or not, we've never had another nation meddling with our actual ballot box - and since Russia is doing it on behalf of Republicans, I care fairly deeply.

Especially since I can tell that most Republicans despise Democrats far more than Russians, so they don't care if the Russians are manipulating anything at all.

Because Putin told him not to do so?

In fact, Putin told Trump to fetch him all the voter information to make it easier next time, and Trump did as told and tried to grab it all.

Trump's too busy making business deals in the oval office to worry about my vote. www.forbes.com... 48f9

Not telepathy at all.

I simply read what's written about Democrats around here and everywhere else the right lurks.

Sorry I made the "I can tell" part sound so mysterious.

That, and the fact that many Republicans don't care at all that the Russians broke into our voting rolls is a good enough indication for me.

There's plenty of other evidence, but you are going to deny the point and that's fine.

lol, when US is overthrowing governments and meddling in other countries' elections (for decades) it's not a crime, but hey, when someone is doing the same to US it's attack on 'civilised' world...

Let's deal with what's going on now.

Says the person posting in a thread about a future event that has not yet occurred but apparently 'The Russians' will have caused another upset if your candidate loses. If your candidate wins then Russia did not meddle/have influence in the election.

Pretty sure that sums up your thought-process on this or any other matter pertaining to Trump..

There is only one group in this world that has extorted my money with the threat of violence. And it ain't the Russians. And that group just loves to tell me who my enemies are.

I agree, trump is putin's bitch, no doubt about it my mind.

and, those here on ats who don't think it's necessary to take some steps to protect our voting polls - very telling. they'd rather protect putin or they know they can't win without the help... who knows, but it's 100% weak. lol

they scream we do it too like that even matters. it's hilarious!

can u imagine if we TRIED to change their voting, would putin shrug and say "we do it, too, so... " LOLOLOLOL ya, right. trump needs to man up.

Well the IC said that those who attack our democracy are enemies. CNN as been attacking our democracy for years and the DNC outright stole it with bait and switch.

Are you only concerned if the source is Russia?

Yes, this thread is about an article on CNN spreading doom porn about Russians stealing our fragile democracy. Our democracy is not fragile. This is fake news that attacks the integrity of our elections. Basically what the IC warned us about. You didn't answer my question. Is it only Russia that we should be worried about?

do you think we should protect our voting systems?

I'm not worried about Fox because Obama drilled it into everyone's head they are fake news and people generally take it for what it is now. Are you telling me CNN is "real" in comparison? That's rich...all nationally syndicated shows are agenda driven.

But back to my question you have skirted twice... Do you believe the IC that those who attack our democracy are enemies. And do you think Russia should be treated differently in this regard? Why?
