Probably. There has been a push the last two or three years to order more than one at a time. The claim was they'd see a substantial discount if they did.

When did the B-21 hit half a billion in its cycle?

They jumped from 360 Mil in FY15 to more than 900 Mil in FY16. You cant compare it though, Prototypes were funded on the classified side for Northrop and Lockheed built it inhouse.
