However I think there is another angle worth exploring with that plane

It was headed to Orsk. There they just finished building an early warning radar for the Russian space forces. It is a Voronezh radar system. The crashed plane, a An-148 was built in Voronezh, Russia, in 2010.

Aside from the Voronezh synchronicity there seems to be a bit of theme:

‘Serious accident’ on Heathrow airfield leaves one man dead

Several aircraft preparing to take off were held on the ground after the collision near Terminal 5. At least 20 British Airways flights failed to meet their scheduled departure time after the crash.

A BA spokeswoman said: “We have apologised to customers for the delay to a small number of our flights this morning, following an incident involving two operational vehicles at the airport. We are doing all we can to ensure they will be able to depart as soon as possible.”

FORT MEADE, Md. - Police are investigating the report of a possible multiple shooting at Fort Meade in Anne Arundel County. The report of the shooting was said to have happened near a visitors gate off of Route 32 at the U.S. military base around 7:15 a.m. Wednesday.

The investigation is centering around the National Security Agency building along Canine Road. Route 32 near the base is closed in both directions at this time. The conditions of the possible victims are unknown at this time.

In 2015, two men dressed as women tried to ram a stolen car through the gate of the National Security Agency headquarters at Fort Meade. One of the two was killed when guards opened fire and the other was injured.
