It details the bylines of one Adam Entous whose groundbreaking career started with the Vermont story where the Russians supposedly hacked into the electric grid. Remember that? It was obvious whoever took that story (Adam) didn't do any checking because the story that was leaked was false. The power company clarified that it was simply Malware on an unconnected laptop.

But somehow, after breaking that stinker, Entous continues to get unnamed source leaks?

As Lee surmises, the first story proved he was credulous and not going to get too curious about checking up on his sources. His name has since been on the byline of some of the bigger story leaks related to Russiagate, including the story about Prince in the Seychelles that Mueller has recently been so hot to sniff around.

This piece also starts out by detailing how the Obama Admin began this strategy while working on the Iran deal. They spied on members of Congress indirectly by listening to Israeli diplomats and pro-Israeli groups to see what our own Congress-critters were likely to do so they could fight their domestic political enemies, not the foreign ones.

This strategy was honed for use against Trump.

I don't think so, pretty sure it was confirmed he has been in Russia, I think I even remember a report of him having a job there.

I think what he was hinting at is China was sponsoring him, and that is why he went to Hong Kong first, and apparently is there now.

If nothing else, this shows us that Snowden is a little fish, if it is Snowden that Q is talking about, or this is just misdirection.
If the person that is the target was a big fish, we would never have a clue that anything was about to happen.
I think it is misdirection, to make the target think that the white hats are staking out the wrong place.
