Nah. Draining not just the Murican swamp, but the whole world swamp is happening. Outing and demolishing the Fed is just another part of that, and President the Donald will count that as coup, I think.

Q is telling Snowden they know that area and have been operating there for decades. He's not gonna just slip through without them knowing.

Ive read in several places, that one of the protocols for missile attacks, is a full database dump out of Hawaii, back to the mainland, via relatively new trans-Pacific cable. 40 minutes seems like a long time to clear a False alarm to me...but might be just right to perform a total database transfer...
