Sheriff's Hiring of Political Supporters Under Fire

Notice the CAIR member and several of Stone's cronies.

And Angelo Castillo, husband of Lisa Castillo who was on his campaign staff.

Scott Israel picked a couple of political insiders who backed his campaign to key roles at the Broward Sheriff’s Office.

But one of the new sheriff’s choices – Pembroke Pines Commissioner Angelo Castillo – is currently embroiled in a controversy left over from his old job.

He is accused of protecting a man repeatedly accused of child molesting.

That man, Michael McGuigan

The suit claims that ChildNet and a subcontractor erred by granting a foster care license to then-49-year-old John Michael McGuigan — and by renewing the license repeatedly. The suit alleges that the 7-year-old, known only as R.S., was molested while in McGuigan’s care.

The 7-year-old was removed from McGuigan’s home by a judge after a different young adult man told police in Broward that McGuigan had molested him many years earlier in Massachusetts...
Around March 20 of 2009, Gabriel was removed from McGuigan’s home. During the boy’s stay there, records showed, Gabriel’s behavior had deteriorated badly, and a state panel that investigated Gabriel’s death a month later criticized McGuigan for punishing Gabriel when he acted out, rather than trying to help him deal with his trauma. Gabriel hanged himself in the shower of his next foster home on April 16, 2009, prompting a high-level examination of the state’s treatment of sexually abused children — and its use of psychiatric drugs to control their behavior.

So we come full circle in the filth. Ugh!

Well damn, it's amazing how quickly the narrative on this shooting fell apart. First the Las Vegas shooting, now Parkland... People are definitely woke and on the lookout for the signs of a false flag event.

Perhaps we can hope that the CIA will realize FF shooting don't work anymore. I suspect that team of professional gunmen may disappear -- in the Jimmy Hoffa sense -- in the near future. That team of crisis actors better start worrying about their future as well. The woke public has gotten very good at spotting them.

If shooting school kids is not enough any more, what is next? I'm sure clowns have huge arsenal and plans A,B,C,D,E,F, ..... devastating cyber attack, power grid blackout ... only as appetizer.

FF escalation only works if people let it.

Vegas

Parkland

It’s getting progressively harder to ritually murder mass innocents without them knowing.

Demand full transparency of the CIA under the assumption their existence is a threat to national security.

When everyone knows the CIA = the Mob they will rightly want them disposed.

Understand, not so optimistic from EU perspective. Trump is trumping Putin in MSM media disapproval.

But Soros money pipe should drain early?

NVM, I'm optimistic! It is like regain virginity.

There have been too many false flag shootings, with the same crisis actors inserted in the background to support the chosen narratives. The nature of the operation requires them to keep the "talent pool" small, to avoid leaks. But that means that people can look back at past events (going back to Sandy Hook at least) and realize that the same people keep popping up again & again, under different names.

By the way, pictures from the Boston Marathon bombing showed a couple of guys --- not the Tzarniev brothers -- planting the backpack. These guys were pretty buff, and had a general air like they might be ex-military. I'll bet you if you could go back to any of those mass shootings and rip off their masks, Scooby Doo style, you'd find those same two guys.

Sandy Hook is probably best example. Well documented. We are able to connect it all. We connected it (almost) all. We should finish the map and start to deliver fat fact based bombs suitable for wide audience.

The difference is buying a dated can of beer for convenience vs. going to a brewery (glands), and getting fresh beer from it's maker.

Altogether, there have been about 150 recorded cases of blood libel that resulted in the arrest and killing of Jews throughout history, most of them in the Middle Ages. In almost every case, Jews were murdered, sometimes by a mob, sometimes following torture and a trial.

Ask the "g-makers," if the killings were justified.

Remington states: “not to use any epinephrine dosage form if it is brown or pink in color or contains a precipitate; a hallucinatory reaction may occur."

So, today, we find there have been at least 45 warnings being reported about Parkland school shooter Victor Cruz.

WHY, with all of these reports and red flags, was Cruz able to avoid the attention of the Broward Co. Sheriff's office?

WHY, with all of these reports, did Cruz NOT have a criminal record which would've prevented him from legally buying a firearm?

THIS is most likely the reason WHY:

The Obama/Holder 2013 PROMISE Agreement.

How federal funding kept Nikolas Cruz from getting arrested and unable to purchase firearms

The Broward County School District's highly touted PROMISE program, initiated in 2012 and signed into policy in 2013, is coming under fire. It prevented Nikolas Cruz from getting arrested, which could have blocked him from purchasing his armory, if convicted.

In the 2011-2012 school year, Broward County Public Schools had the highest number of school-related arrests statewide at 1,062. Newly hired Superintendent Robert Runcie, with strong connections to the Obama administration, teamed up with community organizations like the NAACP, local law enforcement, and government agencies to sign the Collaborative Agreement on School Discipline to eliminate the "schoolhouse to jailhouse pipeline" through programs such as PROMISE (Preventing Recidivism through Opportunities, Mentoring, Interventions, Support, and Education).

The collaborative agreement, signed by Runcie; Sheriff Scott Israel, now fully embroiled in his agency's failure to get Cruz off the streets; state's attorneys; the president of the Broward chapter of the NAACP; and many others, has the fundamental goal of keeping minority students involved in various "transgressions" away from law enforcement and out of the courts.

In one feature of PROMISE, Judge Williams circumvents the criminal justice system by participating in a simulated court hearing called "The Juvenile Justice System of Care," where he encourages the delinquent student to participate in the program rather than risk arrest.

The Obama administration's Department of Education was also involved in implementing PROMISE. Obama, who routinely dangled carrots in the form of matching federal grants to local districts for their participation in Common Core and Race to the Top, doled out millions to Broward.

With the promise of federal monies, it's no surprise that Superintendent Runcie (annual salary: $335,000) was happy to oblige his friends in D.C. Within a year of Runcie's arrival, student arrest rates were down 66 percent, and Broward County Schools were about to hit the federal jackpot.

Broward County Likely ‘Inspiration’ for Obama School Discipline Policy to Report Fewer Arrests, Suspensions

The Broward County school district’s adoption of a school discipline policy that was praised by the Obama administration for seeking to reduce the reported number of school suspensions, expulsions, and arrests may have played a role in the fact that Nikolas Cruz remained under the radar until his shooting rampage in Parkland, Florida, on February 14.

I've got a more general question: Given that Cruz was not arrested at the scene, and supposedly "blended in with the crowd" and left after the shooting, do we in fact know of any hard evidence that indicates he was involved at all?

Because everyone says so.

I personally doubt he was even there.

Interestingly, and I'm sure people will likely not agree here but...

If you ask yourself who benefits, I personally see a worrying connection. Aside from the typical gun debate melodrama of the right hand, what's the left hand showing us? Maybe the event was designed to draw attention to PROMISE and the cronyism at play.

If true then it wouldn't be the CIA's doing. Would it?

Great question.
I'm not personally aware of what hard evidence they actually have.

The only problem with that is ... if the shooting doesn't work, what will they attempt next? You don't seriously think they'll stop arranging catastrophes do you?

Whoever it is in the Chicago area that broadcasts loud static over Sean Hannity's radio show has it turned up extra high today. The words being said are not even Audible.

But if what Sarah says is really good, I'm sure Sean will cover it on his Fox News TV show this evening.

If true then I guess we'll have to put peace in the Middle East on hold for a while. Kushner was doing more for that cause than Rex Tillerson.

Ordered by Gen. Kelly...and not just Kushner.

Kushner is not alone. All White House aides working on the highest-level interim clearances — at the Top Secret/SCI-level — were informed in a memo sent Friday that their clearances would be downgraded to the Secret level, according to three people with knowledge of the situation.
