Re Stem cell research and sheep/cloning, i'm trying to find a news clip that came out this weekend on BBC about growing human organs in sheep for transplantation!
The science transplants human stem cells into sheep creating Chimeras.
Here is an article from 15 years ago which implies the ability should be useable around now.

The obvious follow on question to "what else can they do... Fountain of Youth":
Could they clone Obama, Hilary etc. to create body doubles?
1) This would require some method to accelerate ageing of the clone so they get up to the originals age,
2) The voice/looks might be identical but the learned mannerisms would be different. I.e. we learn facial mannerisms and smile from our parents,
3) You would need some method to copy memory to the clone (knowledge learnt).
Life after politics
After Nelson's 1980 defeat for re-election, he became counselor for The Wilderness Society in January 1981. He received the Presidential Medal of Freedom in September 1995 in recognition of his environmental work.
Nelson viewed the stabilization of the nation's population as an important aspect of environmentalism. In his words:
The bigger the population gets, the more serious the problems become…. We have to address the population issue. The United Nations, with the U.S. supporting it, took the position in Cairo in 1994 that every country was responsible for stabilizing its own population. It can be done. But in this country, it's phony to say "I'm for the environment but not for limiting immigration."[9]
