It wouldn't have mattered. Because "contact with a Russian" isn't a crime nor a justification for warrantless spying.

You have to take some overt action in the furtherance of a crime or criminal conspiracy (aka conspiracy to commit some crime, then actually committing said crime is how conspiracy USUALLY works)

Simple fact is that Warner's contacts with Russia matters precisely as much as Trump's or anybody else: it doesn't matter at all.

Luckily for you all we're a bit more levelheaded/rational than the anti-Russia bigoted Dems. Only a grade A jackboot would accuse someone of a crime over mere associations with foreigners

Now show me the evidence to back that up.

Now show me the evidence where their action actually helped Trump

..and finally you need to demonstrate Trump was not only involved in that plan, but was involved in some way contrary to a US law (there are very few laws on elections, and ZERO on "collusion" or "rigging" or whatever else the claim-of-the-day is with you guys)

But much like Schiff/Pelosi's bull# claims about the NUNES MEMO, it will force the Dems to put a position down on paper that we can use as a reference to further destroy their credibility Always good to force a liar to commit to a position, especially when you know their position is untenable. An example would be a person who makes grandiose claims of a vast conspiracy without offering any evidence whatsoever. You could trick this person into making an exhaustive statement, and then go back through it with a fine-toothed comb to determine where they lied and what logical abuses they used (ie: identify the fallacy)

Good analysis and awareness is a hallmark of defeating the information operations Schiff and their lawmakers-wanna-be-spies are using.

It is merely due to their complete lack of knowledge of how things actually work
