Nope,

Every one of those lodges needed to be shut down and condemned. No more secret society, cult/ritualistic nut cases running around. They are all creeps.

Nope,

Every one of those lodges needed to be shut down and condemned. No more secret society, cult/ritualistic nut cases running around. They are all creeps.

Haha, suckerrr. All religions present Mystery as part of their draw. If you go thru all their rituals and pass all their tests, at the end you realize you been played, mostly for money.

A lot of money.

Money for the Club, for maintenance of the club house and grounds, the Ministers salary, the 'Service', etc.

Deists I think. The idea that God was a clockmaker, built the clock (reality) and then went on to more interesting projects leaving the universe to run by itself.

Lucifer is then more of a good guy, who only seeks to enlighten humanity about the inner workings of the clock.
