They are just saying he was under the influence in post, and I saw nothing mentioned of this in the article.

A toxicology report following Dial’s death revealed that his blood tested positive for drugs, including methamphetamine, amphetamine and carboxy-THC.

None of which will impair your ability to drive or have you driving on the wrong side of the road and blasting through red lights.

Just so you know that. Methamphetamine is going to test positive for amphetamine, because it's an amphetamine, and that's called speed; it's a common drug used to enhance driving for career truck drivers, and THC? Shows in your blood tests for up to three months after use.

Speed keeps you awake and alert. This is why kids snort adderall to pass tests or increase performance in cognitive challenges; especially e-sports. It increases users ability to perform physical actions with quicker reflexes.

This is why when they have tournaments for millions of dollars they test the kids for amphetamines. #PerformanceEnhancer

Yep, when they first encountered him he was just under the influence and driving without a licence with invalid plates.

But got impatient he wouldn't pull over 'quick enough' so they manufactured a crisis to justify killing him.

They had to, simply driving without a license wasn't 'criminal enough'.

You're doing the same thing.

He's dead, you can stop killing him already.

The woman who wrote that article is not a good person. Not saying it is a biased article. Just saying.

Where do get you "information" from ? its not quite right...

and that's called speed; it's a common drug used to enhance driving for career truck drivers

Drivers take speed to stay awake it has nothing to do with performance.

and THC? Shows in your blood tests for up to three months after use.

Wrong again, it stays in fat cells that is why they do urine tests, it remains in the blood for only a few days.

The moment he refused to pull over he forces the officer to increase their efforts to pull him over.

He 'forces' them to do nothing but follow him at a safe distance. Like he's going to get away in a Pickup hauling a huge trailer.

Peace officers are to show restraint, not escalate to justify deadly force. Theres a number of tactics, spike strips, shooting out tires, instead of shooting people in the head with bullets or stupid comments like yours.

Stupid and lazy, vicious even.

Do you know why the police started chasing him? They received calls he was forcing people off the road and driving on the wrong side of the road. It became a serious public safety problem. And he was going high speed over 80 mph. Thats why the police get in front of him and Tey to slow him down. If he got away and killed someone would have cost the county millions for not stopping him.
