I want to preface that I am not a flat earther. But because I debate FE'ers I need to be watching everything that deals with space. This space X rocket flight, felt off. It didn't seem real and that really bothers me. Also why is the news pushing to tell us that this is live video from a private agency, not the government or nasa.

I went on to say in my OP that they didn't circumvent the planet, and it didn't look real. Looks like a high quality production, even the cheering sounded fake. I don't know what's going on maybe I've gone insane.

I assure you it is real!

Stood right here 20 miles from the Cape and watched it go up, watched the boosters come down. Pretty awesome!

The cheering is from happy SpaceX employees!!

well you have just replied to yourself, I jest

I watched it live and I can agree it was heavily produced but if your spending that kind of money its got to look good, perhaps it was well planned instead?, it seemed every stage went well, you can bet there was still some seriuos sweating going on.

Times like this I sometimes just have a little faith in human ingenuity (i had to spell check that word)

Why wouldn't they continue the live feed? They refused to even show if the core landed on its water-based dock. Let that stream roll, let people gawk at a live feed from space..... don't get it.

Center core feed wasn't shut down vibration on floating platform knocks out cameras every time. Can't get the cameras far enough from the rocket to survive the landing is all.

Now why they cut off in space is another thing all together. My guess would have something to do with other craft being there.

Someone be so kind as to post a link?

I mean, that is standard operating procedure around here.

Otherwise, who knows what kind'a video others might watch, not knowing exactly what you're looking at.
