Is this new emerging superbug, hyper-resistant and hypervirulent bug behind the flu deaths?

I'm curious, did you get vaccinated?

My understanding is that this year's vaccine is only supposed to be 10% effective. However, when first getting vaccinated a person's immune system goes into overdrive to fight the disease in the vaccine. This lessens the body's ability to fight other diseases and a recent study estimates that a person receiving the vaccine will be 5 times more likely to contract another respiratory ailment in the immediate aftermath of vaccination (ie 5-7 days).
Nope. I just took it like a man. I refuse to do the vaccine thing. If my own immune system and self care with a good diet can't handle it, then whatever will be will be.

I agree. I've never had a flu shot and I never plan on it. The doctor always tries but I tell him NO. He laughs and says I'm one of those. Sometimes I get the flu, sometimes I don't. If its bad enough to see the doctor I make an appointment, if not, I ride it out. But everyone I know who gets the shot, ends up getting horribly sick.

I work the front desk at a hotel/casino. When one of us gets sick everyone gets it. It makes the rounds through the whole department. Its hard when everyone shares computers, phones, etc. There is only so much sanitizing you can do, short of wearing gloves and masks all the time. Then you have direct contact with the public who is always sneezing, coughing and wiping their drippy noses. Yuk.

I think the trick is getting enough rest, eating right, getting out in the fresh air/sunlight, taking vitamins and washing/sanitizing your hands often. And if your sick and its not getting better don't wait till your almost dead to see the doctor. I got the flu in early December and after 5 days I went to the doctor and they gave me a zpack. I wasn't going to mess around and be sick for weeks. The zpack helped but the cough lingered for almost a month. It came back NYE with the stomach flu. That was a gross 3-4 days. Hopefully I'm done with the whole lot. If your gonna get it you'll get it. Why tamper/poison your immune system with those shots. My theory is they a testing god knows what on the public with these shots. Which in turn is probably slowly killing us or giving us horrible side affects.

Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) discovered a newly emerged superbug, hyper-resistant and hypervirulent Klebsiella pneumoniae, which may cause untreatable and fatal infections in relatively healthy individuals

Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) were #ing around with genetically engineered viral templates & accidentally dropped a vial just at the wrong moment, a split second when the safety protocols were not properly enforced (for some reason no one will admit to), leading to the release of a newly created superbug, hyper-resistant and hypervirulent an efficient & force-multiplying bioweapon of warfare Klebsiella pneumoniae named after Barry Klebs, the intern who we decided to scapegoat for the incident; we're saying it's for dropping a can of coke in the lab, which "appears to have prevented the sealing of an emergency airlock" - we figured that'd do the trick, which will cause crippling &/or life altering &/or unending pain &/or general suffering and (mercifully) fatal (if you're lucky) infections in healthy enemy soldiers

Way late to the thread, but know a few that contracted the flew after having a shot. I'm beginning to assume this is a direct result of varied vaccinations. With so many strains of the flu vaccine going around for years, shedding in environments as well as younger people getting the vaccine, it's creating reaction where immune systems are overworked and destroying themselves. Similar to what was brought up on the last page about the 1981 flu pandemic.

People are going back to work, and in general out in the public, too early where the virus is shedding.

A Mayo Clinic study indicates that many hospitalized influenza patients shed flu virus for at least 7 days after they fall ill, suggesting that the current recommendation to use infection control precautions for 5 days may be inadequate.
In the study, one type of test showed that 22 of 41 patients were still shedding the virus 7 days or longer after the onset of their illness, according to the report in Infection Control and Hospital Epidemiology. Another testing method showed that 12 of the 41 patients were still infective at 7 days or later.

The live flu vaccination:

Live attenuated influenza vaccine (LAIV) is a type of influenza vaccine in the form of a nasal spray that used to be recommended to prevent influenza.[2] In June 2016 the CDC stopped recommending the use of LAIV as its effectiveness has appeared to have decreased between 2013 and 2016.[3]

To be expected when you have a society that compromises it's natural immune system by constantly gorging themselves on ultra-processed foods and ingredients.
The best medicine is preventative care for your gut.

If all else fails, get Clorox wipes. They claim to be able to kill 99% of all flu bacteria. Funny how a wipe can do that but a vaccine can't.....

Good luck out there
