That suspect information was used to obtain a warrant. And the memo itself without the warrant is suspect information as well.

the memo isn`t meant to be evidence of crimes, it`s meant be a door that exposes circumstantial evidence to start investigations to find the crimes. That`s why the democrats are in a panic to keep that door closed.

So to follow the discussion we were having he asked if people will be charged with a crime for what's in the memo.
Wouldn't you rather see what's actually in the warrant? And if people get charged with a crime over a memo written by a congressional committee, how is that any different?
