I did some digging on this and I traced an IP address from the host of the website back to the IP 176.10.104.243 which is a TOR exit node. If you don't know what TOR is its' "The Onion Router" one way individuals among many navigate what normal people call "The Deep Web" some of us just call it home. With a publisher named as EPOCH:1516836746. I've dug up a 403 byte file, don't ask how.. called Seth Rich Manifest in a .JSON file linked to this website. .JSON is basically for laymen Java Script. It sounds like when the count down timer expires, it will auto launch the Seth Rich manifest via Java Scripting Script, and Auto Refresh the page. The link to the script is here sethrich.azurewebsites.net... Though it's temporarily unavailable or deleted all together. It's being hosted in the cloud, and it is HTTPS so it's secure to visit.
