I didn't expect them to stand at everything, but when Trump mentioned the black unemployment rate, for example, he wasn't claiming that he was responsible for that. He was simply listing off the state of the country in general. You would think they would have been able to stand for that.
When Trump talked about paid family leave, not just legalization but a path to citizenship for DACA kids, infrastructure spending ... those are all things Democrats have stated over and over and over that they are for and they have pushed and pushed for them in the past. Why couldn't they stand for those?
