Trust me on this, you don't want to work for a Chinese company.
- "Required OT"
- Management does not like input or ownership by the lower ranks
- No leadership whatsoever, appointment to management is by relationships and corruption
- No meritocracy
There's an auto glass company in the status that is having these same issues which is Chinese owned. I've read 1 or 2 great articles about it.
I love Chinese people, my wife is one but their 30-some and 40-some business people are mired in old management ideology. This is why China has a
protectionist mentality. Most Chinese companies that have attempted to go international get their butts kicked because they can't keep good people
and/or listen to those that know how to operate in foreign markets.
It is cool that the US is getting more jobs due to Trump. I'm thinking of moving back next year if the work climate continues to improve.
