To lower prices significantly, a 100% Universal healthcare system in America would indeed be the best option.

But if Congress does not fund it properly (about 3.5 Trillion $$$ @ year), we'd have really long wait times, and doctor quality declining.

Warren Buffet, like Henry Ford, knows that screwing people over is bad business. The other two are greedy lizards and don't care. Yes, I bet Buffet's being philanthropic. Bezos and Daiman just got dollar signs in their eyes about the cost savings because Buffet's idea benefits them.

Why not? The elite work above everyone in their sky scrapers while the masses Teem on the ground below. While everyone else struggles in traffic on clogged roads, they soar above it all in Jet Helos and Business class Lears. They don't land and embark in the same part of the airport as you either.

They don't eat at the same restaurants, hang at the same clubs or now, get treated in the same Hospitals either.
