for anyone sill in reality, we still have bills, and until the world market collapses crypto is just as viable as anything else.
Granted, more volatile, but trending upward.

if the global market crashes, nobody will be buying gold- so that's not any more useful than crypto.

Huge fluctuations are not new to crypto. Yet, each year, at the end of the year, the main cryptos are worth far more than they were previously. Sinking ship? Doubtful. Time will tell though. Most of those I know invested in it, aren't in for any more than they can afford to lose, so even if so, who cares?

The potential for a good payoff is simply too much to ignore.
