This will probably be the same for me, except when I took
the ear plugs out for LBJ. He and Carter were a big mistake
to listen to instead of just read their lips. Private joke

It would be good if a moderator pinned a Live Stream link to the top of this thread. President Trump's State of the Union speech will be seen by more people on the planet than any SOTU in recent history.

I like how the liberal media reacted when George Bush, Jr. declared Iran/Iraq/North Korea as, "The Axis of Evil". Their reaction was, "Oh boy... now he's done it! Terrorists will light up U.S. cities, due to Bush's reckless provocations!". (we hope)

Those a-holes have been wrong about everything, for decades.

If I were in Trump's shoes, I would be sorely tempted to read out the Nunes memo as an appendix at the end.
It might not be Presidential, but it would be enormous fun.

Mines memo? Who's going to write the next one ,Donald duck? He,he,he,ha,ha,ha,

I think it will be pretty much all about how much has been accomplished this year, what issues we will tackle the coming year, a lot of love and reaching out to unify us all in order to continue on our course of MAGA.

I think Trump has a lot of heart. He has even said this week that governing the nation requires more heart than what is required in business, and I truly think his deepest hope for America is that we finally come together as a people in a bipartisan way and solve the problems we have.

I think he will drop some breadcrumbs that only those who are "listening" will "hear".

I mean, sure...its funny.

But if you didn't notice, there are entire agencies on fire. For working to subvert his presidency. Imagine what he could have done with the full support of government, huh?

Probably start a nuclear war.

I've got the day off so I'll be watching it live too. I have lots of beer and meat for the occasion.

Here is my prediction:

The Democrats will insist that everything positive, such as the DOW, NASDAQ and international stock market rises/stability, job creation is resultant from all of Obamas hard work and policies 08-16 and Trump is riding that wave. They will then immediately contradict themselves (again) by stating that everything bad, such as acute racism, intolerance, human rights, womens rights, immigration reform are all Trumps fault, and have nothing to do with Obama hard work and policies 08-16.

The mental gymnastics will be both awe-inspiring and sad, all at the same time.

I am also looking forward to less Democrats being in attendance and also hope that Trump drops the memo or at the very least, triggers TV and twitter folks into convulsions of illogical hysteria [cue the autistic screeching].

2 hrs, 33mins to go.

Must have attended a Trump beer rally. Was the beer free? Those small gymnasium can hold a lot of screaming drunks can't they?
