So your thoughts regarding shot in the back while running away are?

Ambivalence.

But yes, I agree, he deserved to die for killing countless numbers of people through selling drugs.

For goodness sake, what does that mean then?
Electric chair after a court case? Natural causes in some imaginary karma deal? Death by cop?
It ain't my fault you are being so vague.

It means he deserved to die. There isn’t a “how” there, just you injecting the “by being shot”.

LOl wow. He deserved to die. I bet you love Sessions.

Ah we got there

So you don't disagree with it then. Thanks, that wasn't so difficult was it.
You could have just said you didn't care about page or so back and saved the interaction up to this point lol

I do.

Music sessions.
Gaming sessions.
Eating sessions.
Sex sessions.

All good.

Lol yes, the general sentiment in this thread is not dissimilar to Terry's stance either.

You might want to check out a very special book called a “Dictionary” and stop putting words in peoples mouths.

You have mixed feelings about cause of death then, but you are sure he deserved death yes?
Trial by a court first or no?

THAT’S what I said. About time you figured that out.

Trial by a court first or no?

Maybe. Maybe not. He’s kind of on the dead side, so no point pondering the “what ifs”.

If you believe he deserved to die why are you struggling with the method of death then? Humanitarian reasons? Seems odd to be so passionate that a 'scumbag' should die but pussyfoot around the method of killing?

Who’s being passionate? I simply stated what I thought and you injected your “by being shot in the back”.

If anyone’s being passionate, it’s you and your defending of a car stealing, weapon brandishing, drug dealing, career criminal who crashes stolen cars and runs from cops.

Okay I'll rephrase it.
You assert he is a scumbag who deals drugs so deserves death yet pussyfoot around the method of killing. Seems odd to me.
What considerations are causing your ambivalence?

Oh and now you are inventing things yourself. I haven't defended the guy, I just don't believe he should be killed for dealing heroin or stealing cars.
My position is in tandem with most developed nations which do not have the death penalty.

You forgot the career criminal, car stealing, life endangering, weapon brandishing and running from the cops after crashing a stolen car part.

What considerations are causing your ambivalence?

Some. Maybe a few. Definitely more than 1.

Would you say it's greater than four considerations but less than 11?

Possibly. There’s an element of fluctuation, so it’s hard to be definitive.

However, I would say more than 1 and less than 100

Not really, because it’s not the topic. Just like the guy being killed, isn’t the topic.

What is the topic is the memorial someone put up for this moron. One that got set alight, but no one really wanted to put out (according to the OP).

ATS is but a portion of a microcosm, much as I might like it to be different. To say opinions here tend toward the reactionary on issues of this nature would be about correct.

If you're at all interested in what the reality of some situation is, you should probably broaden your information intake.

I live here, have all my life. Your generalization falls flat with but the merest of glances.

Okay, let me know the particular opinions/points you disagree with if you want to discuss.
Otherwise, until we meet again in mature discussion.

His death will more than likely prevent another victim from him. No big loss to society. Personal responsibility and common sense goes a long way to not dying by the cops. He lacked both.
