These midterms may have the most impact of any in my lifetime. Trump managed to draw ppl to the polls that hadn't voted in years, and, true to his word, he is working tirelessly to MAGA.
The job is not finished though. In fact, it is only the beginning. It will take years to turn this around, and he needs the help of congress.
I implore all who want to see America as what it could be to get out in November, and help our President by stemming the liberal tide.

A nice post, and a nice sentiment, but really?
Congress either wants Trump gone or Trump dead. Congress hates Trump.
And there's nothing wrong with liberals. It's the anti-freedom assholes that occupy both parties that we all should be looking at.

Well, we are told over and again the GOP will get slaughtered in the midterms. I wonder this time. THe Democrats pushed through a government shutdown, that in the ned became a non-issue.
Trump got the tax cut passed, and that, plus the other pro-growth economic steps, have unleashed the US economic engine and we expect to see above 3% GDP growth in 2018.
Trump knows how to force the left further into extremist, wacko world, alienating the middle voter.
Even now, with DACA, Trump is playing a game of exposing the left as not wanting DACA, what they want is obstruction.
So will the GOP take a bath in the midterms? Because they are the party in power, they have more votes and more to defend, but I don't see a sweeping loss. In fact, I would not be surprised to see the trend broken this year, and the GOP gains seats.
As long as elections are based on emotions and not on reason, it'll always be a toss-up.

Just look at two issues; healthcare and the hush funds.
Do either "side" actually care if things are resolved?
Just because we avoided Hillary does not mean that it's all good in DC.

By this, do you mean Trump is reasonable?
We've never had a President who is more emotional than this guy. And I don't consider his emotions to be the "good ones", but rather the 'undesired ones' we all try to hide or overcome.

What's your alternative to Trump?

I can think of a great number of people who would be better but What does that have to do with what I asked?
You've essentially said in order to be reasonable, we should support someone who is overly emotional.
How do you figure that?

America deserves what it gets. I'll vote for a pussygrabbing, pornstar lovin, covfefe whorshiping, philandering, dorkie clown because
Character Counts, believe me.
Our other real option was a cold calculating criminal with the emotional range of what does it matter now as long as it did not have an effect on her personally.
