Did Trump AND Mueller obstruct justice by firing or reassigning any agents, in particular, Comey AND Stzrok?

If no, then Mueller shouldn’t have been appointed, right?

If yes, then it’s paradoxical, right? Stale mate? Ball in the congress’ court?

If they’re different, how?

Trump can't obstruct justice for carrying out lawful duties.

An indepedent (non influenced by POTUS) justice department is ONLY a "norm" and not a law or Constitutional requirement. All federal LE is under the command of the executive branch, headed by POTUS as the nation's chief LEO.

He can "meddle" (aka perform his job) with *his* DOJ as much as he wants.

Personally, I don’t think either one did... with THESE actions...

I guess, hypothetically, if Trump were to be found to have obstructed justice by firing Coney I wanted to compare that with what someone might’ve said about another similar situation... Mueller firing Stzrok.
