Looks like the Heritage Foundation is giving Trump greater marks than the Repubs favorite , the one, the only Ronald Reagan. That is saying something.

The policies that are being and have been pursued are close the conservative think tank's. A very big 2/3's of the Trump admin's are close to the Heritage Foundations recommendations.

Yes, I read that and wondered if Trump's first year being better than Reagan's was a good thing. Trickle down is a fantasy, and we will see how Trump fairs while trying this thing yet again.
