Horror author Jack Ketchum has just died at the age of 71.

His books were especially terrifying and brutal. And he told his stories in such a way that they would make you squirm and cringe.

I didn't read his books but I saw a movie based on one. Some movies you never forget...

RIP Just about him the other day too. Seems like that era of horror writing has since passed.

Name sounds familiar, I think my papa read his books. I'll have to go through his old collection and see. If not, seems like the man wrote a few things worth picking up, eh?
