Not sure if this has been posted, did a search of FISC memo, and didn't see any threads posting this link to the memo.
In the document you can read the redacted FISC memo, which does not show the names of those involved in the crimes committed. The copy that the FBI,
and the left in general are asking Nuñez to release is the unredacted copy which contains the names of people in various government agencies in the
Obama administration who committed the crimes. This is not possible because you need a security clearance to be able to read the unredacted copy.
This is why Nuñez and the Trump administration have not released the unredacted copy, but they are trying to find ways to release the full memo.
I haven't read the redacted copy completely yet.
However, you can read how the NSA admitted that U.S. citizens were targeted through the use of Section 702 ‘upstream’ by Obama administration NSA
One of the pages mentioning how it was illegal that Obama's NSA analysts had used identifiers of U.S. citizens, and which is illegal/prohibited by
Section 702 minimization procedures can be found on page 15.
NSA analysts had used US-person identifiers to query the results on Internet ‘upstream’ collection, even though NSA’s Section 702
minimization procedures prohibited such queries.
