These are all in reference to Comey's tenure. Can you provide an example of Mueller and his team saying they have not and or won't look into the server?

Hahahahaha!!!

I think that had the fbi or mueller changed their mind and did look at the server, that they would have announced that.

To ask me to prove a negative is ridiculous.

Secondly, why would they wait so long? Isnt solving russian meddling the most important thing?

Lastly, even if that was the case, you still admit that the FBI did not look at the server, which is damning. This shows that the FBI, and the DNC were not interested in getting to the bottom of russian influence, but were instead interested in pushing a narrative to hurt trump.

It would seem your letting emotions get the better of you now. I'm not asking you to prove a negative, I'm asking you a question I already know the answer to (Mueller has said zilch about what he's investigating - and very likely could be looking into the server since we have no way of telling). You pontificating from an outside perspective is skewed towards your own ingrained biases (and I am not innocent of that either).

Again, in reference to Comey heading the FBI and your apparent assumption that he was a DNC patsy, why did he damn Clinton with the report on her emails just before the election?

Yeah...it is a tired old argument. I mean, why should anyone remain vigilant when she didn’t have 51 votes in the Senate way back when. It’s not like we would ever face a time when you couldn’t find 60 Senators to vote for funding healthcare for poor children versus the assigning of citizen rights to non-citizens. The whole thing sounds preposterous and downright ludicrous.

Guess I’ll have one of those yummy Tide Pods while watching this video...

Because he, Hillary, and everyone else believed hillary had the election in the bag.

Comey in his ridiculous exoneration of hillary made the mistake of saying they would reopen the investigation if new evidence came to light.

The charges into weiner and his laptop meant that it would become public knowledge that more evidence had came to light.

So in an effort to protect his ownb reputation and to stymie any claims after hillary won that Comey went back on his word, he announced they would reopen the investigation to look at those emails.

They didnt think its was a big deal because they believed the hype that there was no way hillary would lose, and so why risk tarnishing her win by having people say Comey lied because he knew more evidence came to light but didnt let people know as he claimed he would.

Again, can you show me where Comey said this, or is the above merely your assumptions on the matter?

I was going to post that article. We're at a point where we need to enact an "Online First Amendment" that prohibits entities like Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube from discriminating based on political orientation (real or perceived). This is censorship, plain & simple.

so....if thousands of tweets came from Russia accusing YOU of child molestation and they went out to all of your friends, would you call it censorship if twitter took them down?

That would be a violation of the very amendment you are in theory trying to protect. Like saying, to save this patient from looming heart disease ; We need to remove his heart.

As disgusting as the action they take are, the constitution restrains government ; Not the people. Those entities are not government programs, offices or actions, etc..

I understand what you're trying to say, but the concept as laid out here is "no Bueno".

Here is says concealing itv would have been worse.

FBI Director James Comey on Wednesday defended his decision to tell Congress that he was reopening the investigation into Hillary Clinton's emails with less than two weeks before Election Day, and said not telling Congress would have been a big mistake.

"Concealing, in my view, would be catastrophic," Comey told the Senate Judiciary Committee.

www.washingtonexaminer.com...

And because comey had said the investigation was closed, he had to inform congress if in fact it reopened.

Why did FBI Director James Comey shock Washington on Friday with an announcement that the FBI “has learned of the existence of emails” related to Hillary Clinton’s private email server, and what does it mean?

The truth is Comey didn’t have a choice. Because the new information followed his sworn testimony about the case, Comey was obligated by Department of Justice rules to keep the relevant committees apprised.

Under oath Comey had stated that the bureau had completed its review. Once he learned that there were new emails that required examination, Comey had to notify Congress that he had to amend his testimony because it was no longer true.

and as I said, had he not spoke up, the fbi and his reputation risked damage.

Comey’s letter to congressional committee chairs doesn’t say his agents have discovered new witnesses or documents suggesting a criminal act occurred. Rather, he only suggests that evidence that has not yet been examined needs to be reviewed because it is relevant to the case.

There’s also a political dimension. Had Comey not told Congress and it emerged after the election that new materials had come into its possession, the director and his entire agency’s credibility might have been questioned.

But this isnt anything at all like what happened.

First, you are discussing making baseless libel accusations against an individual, and twitter removing that.

This is not at all what is occurring.

Twitter is censoring conservative political opinions, not because they are libelist, but because they have an agenda.

And in this case, they have admitted that it wasnt Russian bots responsible for pushing the memo to the top of the trends, it was aamericaans, and yet dems still are calling for it to be censored, becaause they want to censor any oponion that disagree wuth them.

But much like a dog humping a beach ball I can't really show much sympathy for such levels of ignorance.

Most leftists still pushing this narrative need to seek mental help.

Just for the record if a video or audio tape of Trump is released showing him working with Russian agents unequivocally you would still think it was a nothingburger.

I guess I applaud the fact you had your mind made up before having the evidence presented to you....

people ignore the authoritarianism with the Liberal/Democrats because they exploit minorities and play Liberal Identity Politics, Green-Capitalism etc, and people have come to associate some spooky "morals" with political parties. same can be said about the right/far-right and whatever right or left prefix or suffix you want to add, it also bleeds into alternative parties/third parties etc

To the Right everything is Socialist/Communist to the Left everything is Russian/Bots

Yes.

I apologize for giving you the benefit of the doubt as a reasonable person that would view all thing pushed by Russian bots with skepticism.

I won't make that mistake again.
