BREAKING - AJ Releases (redacted) Basis for Nunes Memo!

William Binney, former tech head of the NSA contacted us this morning to send us the link to the reportedly classified memo that lawmakers said was a blueprint of how the Obama administration and the Deep State spied on President Trump.

Here’s some interesting excerpts from the above memo:

Page 15 – “…NSA analysts had used US-person identifiers to query the results on Internet ‘upstream’ collection, even though NSA’s Section 702 minimization procedures prohibited such queries.”

Page 19 – “Since 2011, NSA’s minimization procedures have prohibited use of US-person identifiers to query the results of upstream Internet collection under Section 702. The Oct. 26, 2016 Notice informed the Court that NSA analysts had been conducting such queries in violation of that prohibition, with much greater frequency than had previously been disclosed to the Court.”

Page 21 – “The government still had not ascertained the full range of systems that might have been used to conduct improper US-person queries.”

The report is legit. DNI released it. Cert_FISC_Memo_Opin_Order_Apr_2017 However it is pure speculation if this report was used by the HPSIC. There were a massive amount of new revelations after this report.

Was this the internal audit report ordered by NSA Director Mike Rogers?? There was a very interesting timeline that developed after this specific info came to light...

November 2015-April 2016 – The FBI and NSD uses private contractors to access raw FISA information using “To” and “From” FISA-702(16) & “About” FISA-702(17) queries.
On or before April 18, 2016 – NSA Director Mike Rogers orders the NSA compliance officer to run a full audit on 702 NSA compliance.
April 18, 2016 – The FBI discontinues private contractor access to raw FISA information.
April 19 2016 – Wife of Glenn Simpson (Fusion GPS) Mary Jacoby visits White House.
Late April 2016 – Clinton Campaign begins paying Fusion GPS.
April/May 2016 – Fusion GPS hires Christopher Steele.
April/May 2016 – Fusion GPS hires Nellie Ohr, wife of DOJ Assoc. Deputy AG Bruce Ohr.
May 2016 – Trump becomes presumptive GOP Nominee.
May 23 2016 – Nellie Ohr applies for a HAM Radio license.
June 2016 – FBI Agent Peter Strzok – and possibly DOJ’s Bruce Ohr – meet with Christopher Steel.
Late June 2016 – First draft of Trump Dossier shared w/Fusion & possibly FBI’s Strzok.
Late June 2016 – First FISA 702 Surveillance Authority request made. It is denied.

What is here is the FISA Courts findings of the mishandling of intelligence by the intelligence community under Obama's watch.
It shows how the administration broke the law regarding FISA information.

Fusion GPS was one of the contractors that had access to the raw FISA database. Once NSA Director Mike Rogers seen that there were several abuses made in the database, he had all contractors blocked from the database. Shortly after, Fusion GPS started shopping the info and hired Christopher Steele to create the dossier. The conspiracy theory is that Fusion GPS had the dossier created and presented the info as tho it was pulled from the FISA database so that the FBI would see that they had the same info that the IC was compiling. If this is true, you have a FISA warrant that was illegally obtained in order to spy on a political opponent. This is possibly the "insurance policy" that Strzok was communicating to Lisa Page about in one of their 50,000 texts.

The memo you listed is NOT linked to the Nunes memo. From what I hear that uses info that has never been released but still deals with FISA.

The memo you linked is the aftermath of Admiral Rogers discovering the illegal 702 inquiries and notifying the FISA court they were being lied to. The FISA memo linked is the courts review.
