Chairmen Devin Nunes & Trey Gowdy Plot “Never-Before-Used Procedure” To #ReleaseTheMemo

According to the Washington Examiner‘s Byron York, Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-VA), Oversight Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy (R-SC) and Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes (R-CA) huddled together Saturday to discuss a “never-before-used procedure” for releasing the “shocking” FISA abuse memo.

Washington Examiner reports:

There’s no doubt Republicans want the public to see the classified memo. To get it out, they are studying a never-before-used procedure whereby House Intelligence Committee members would vote to make the memo public, after which the president would have five days to object.

If the president had no objection, the memo would become public after those five days. If the president did object, the matter would go to the full House, which could vote to overrule the president’s objections and release the memo anyway.

Republicans believe it is unlikely they would have to go that far; why would President Trump object to the release of a document allegedly showing that Obama administration officials abused the law in investigating Trump? But even if there were an objection, the feeling is the House would go ahead.

How many times does it have to be pointed out that even Comey, and Jeh Johnson had to say that there is no evidence that Trump or anyone in his team colluded with Russia?

Starting at 3 mins in vid below.

To me it seems more, and more obvious the reason why the DNC, Hillary and the mainstream news media keep on making fake claims about "collusion with Russia". The DNC, Hillary and the left-wing mainstream media know that they will never be able to prove these fake claims they keep making, so they are doing this to deflect and to drown the public with fake claims trying to hide the real crimes and collusion.

The FBI asked the DNC multiple times to let the FBI have access to the DNC servers to look at the "claimed hack"... But the DNC denied the FBI access to their servers.

But here is the thing, even though the people in the FBI are selected by a president of a particular political party, the FBI is not controlled in their investigations by that political party, or by the President. Comey could have subpoena the DNC because they were obstructing an official FBI investigation. Yet because Comey, and McCabe, among some others, are democrats apparently working just for the DNC, they did not push as they should have pushed the DNC to allow them access to their servers and the "evidence".

Why would the DNC deny the FBI access to their servers unless they were hiding something?

Instead the DNC hired a firm, Crowdstrike, which is known to make exaggerated and even false claims in their intelligence reports like the following one.

...
An influential British think tank and Ukraines military are disputing a report that the U.S. cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike has used to buttress its claims of Russian hacking in the presidential election.

The CrowdStrike report, released in December, asserted that Russians hacked into a Ukrainian artillery app, resulting in heavy losses of howitzers in Ukraine’s war with Russian-backed separatists.

But the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) told VOA that CrowdStrike erroneously used IISS data as proof of the intrusion. IISS disavowed any connection to the CrowdStrike report. Ukraines Ministry of Defense also has claimed combat losses and hacking never happened.
...
The challenges to CrowdStrikes credibility are significant because the firm was the first to link last years hacks of Democratic Party computers to Russian actors, and because CrowdStrike co-founder Dimiti Alperovitch has trumpeted its Ukraine report as more evidence of Russian election tampering.
...

Think Tank: Cyber Firm at Center of Russian Hacking Charges Misread Data

It's quite ironic that Crowdstrike used the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) as one of the sources for their claims, but these intelligence agencies are denying the claims made by Crowdstrike.

BTW, in the above article VOA claims that "although it does not disprove Russian involvement it does affect the credibility of Crowdstrike reports". But then they say that intelligence agencies reached the same conclusion as Crowdstrike, but what VOA fails to mention is that those intelligence agencies used the Crowdstrike report as evidence...

Crowdstrike even claimed that the same hackers they say hacked the DNC were the ones who hacked the Ukranian artillery units and decimated the majority of the Ukraine artillery unit. This was false.

Later on Crowdstrike changed their report but still kept their main claims which still makes it a fake report. BTW, it's also quite funny that the people behind Crowdstrike are also RUSSIANS... Such as Crowdstrike’s CTO, Dimitri Alperovitch, and CrowdStrike spokeswoman Ilina Dmitrova.

CrowdStrike Revises Russian Hack Into Ukrainian Artillery

Here is what Comey has to say about "Crowdstrike".

But his comments were made probably because Crowdstrike had a contract with Comey's FBI, and the FBI, and the CIA used Crowdstrike's report as evidence for the "Russians hacked the DNC" claims...

But what's more, since you want to also talk about "Hillary's email scandal"... McCabe's wife had received money from Virginia Gov.Terry McAuliffe, a longtime Clinton confidant.

by Daniel Halper October 24, 2016 | 6:53am | Updated

Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe, a longtime Clinton confidant, helped steer $675,000 to the election campaign of the wife of an FBI official who went on to lead the probe into Hillary Clintons use of a private email system, according to a report.

The political action committee of McAuliffe, the Clinton loyalist, gave $467,500 to the state Senate campaign of the wife of Andrew McCabe, who is now deputy director of the FBI, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The report states Jill McCabe received an additional $207,788 from the Virginia Democratic Party, which is heavily influenced by McAuliffe.

The money directed by McAuliffe began flowing two months after the FBI investigation into Clinton began in July 2015. Around that time, the candidates husband was promoted from running the Washington field office for the FBI to the No. 3 position at the bureau.

Within a year, McCabe was promoted to deputy director, the second-highest position in the bureau.
...

Clinton ally gave $500K to wife of FBI agent on email probe

It is obvious McCabe was bribed and he led the investigation into Clinton's email...

Then there is the whole Awan brothers stealing information and hardware from Congress, which has been extremely strange to say the least.

Awan Plot Thickens As NY Democrat Yvette Clarke "Quietly" Wrote-Off $120,000...

What about the fact that Debbie Wasserman Schultz threatened the DC police chief if they would not return to the DNC the computers and evidence that the Awan brothers had in their possession?... Since when is a POLITICAL PARTY in charge of a police investigation more so when that POLITICAL PARTY is involved in the crime being investigated?

Then again, I find it ironic how the left want to ignore the collusion and deals which Obama's administration, which included Hillary, made with the Russians. Such as the "uranium 1 deal" and the transfer of uraniun to Iran which Russia wanted and needed the U.S. government to sign an agreement allowing for the transfer... But of course, you all don't call it collusion at all.

Obama approved giving Iran 116 metric tons of uranium as a ‘thank you’ gift

Anyway, it is obvious to anyone that the DNCHillary are very corrupt, and the real evidence showing collusion and corruption by the DNC, Hillary and the left-wing mainstream media is being ignored.

That was over 9 months ago now that those statements were made, additionally, he said there was no evidence Trump colluded, not the Trump campaign or people in Trump's orbit. One wouldn't get that evidence until someone started turning people within the campaign. Flynn has now turned State's evidence, given the number of crimes we know that Flynn committed regarding lying, not registering as a foreign agent, etc. he likely has a great deal to say about who did what.

We know Trump was over the top freaked about Flynn being investigated.

You said this:

TBut here is the thing, even though the people in the FBI are selected by a president of a particular political party, the FBI is not controlled in their investigations by that political party, or by the President. Comey could have subpoena the DNC because they were obstructing an official FBI investigation. Yet because Comey, and McCabe, among some others, are democrats apparently working just for the DNC, they did not push as they should have pushed the DNC to allow them access to their servers and the "evidence".

And that's just wrong.

The president picks the head of the FBI for 10 year terms specifically so that the Director overlaps at least 2 presidents. Furthermore, the president only appoints the Director, not the subordinates below. Comey had been appointed to Deputy Attorney General under Bush, he's a lifelong Republican, Obama appointed a lifelong Republican to head-up the FBI but didn't appoint anyone else.

So, you're just wrong.

However, Rugy Guiliani had tremendous influence with the NYC FBI going all the way back to before 9-11. Four days before Comey released the Hillary letter Guiliani told Fox News that they had a big "October Surprise" coming. They asked what, and like the cat/canary he smiled and said "we'll see." There had been tremendous hatred between the Hillary campaign and the NYC FBI for a long time, it's not a surprise that the DNC wouldn't turn their servers over in the middle of a dam campaign, given their distrust of the Giuliani portion of the FBI. It just isn't.

Besides, that is all nothing more than a distraction.

If Uranium One is some huge deal implicating Hillary and Obama, why hasn't it blown through the roof already? It's been a year now under Trump?? Are you going to say that the FBI is anti-Trump?? Can't do that while they worked so hard to get the Huma laptop at just the right moment. Similarly, if this is all some horrible plot involving the DNC and Hillary and whomever, why are we just getting around to it now? You guys control the entire government. Why is this just happening to be coming out now???

It's all supposedly coming out right after Christmas, when right before Christmas we heard that Mueller was a "coup plotter" - that didn't go over well with anyone, it enraged even Republican Congressman, so they stopped saying things about "coup plotting" and are now floating this out there.

MEANWHILE;

This isn't occurring in a vacuum. We - you and I - do not have 1/10 of the evidence that Mueller has, but what we can see as established is the overwhelming number of contacts/people within the Trump campaign and Russia. Did Hillary's campaign manager have 10 years of experience working for Russia in the Ukraine and Khazacstan? Did Hillary's Foreign affairs experts have dinner sitting beside Putin?? Did Hillary's daughter Chelsea set up meetings with Russians?

Then as president, appointing someone with no experience at all to Sec of State but just happens to be the "Friend of the Motherland" medal winner? Trying to lift sanctions? Trying to establish a back channel? All those people who had to amend their clearance applications to include dozens of contacts (Kush, Flynn) and had to recuse themselves bc they lied about contacts (Sessions).

And which candidate had years and years of business involvement with the Russian mob? Which ones maintain the most lavish lifestyle and yet are always short of cash, having businesses go bankrupt and hang out with the lenders of last resort, the Russian mob?? Which candidate refused to release tax returns?

You are being manipulated, and you're willing to dig and dig while ignoring the evidence right in front of our eyes.

No, the only one manipulating all of this is you... Sorry, but a criminal investigation of an "alleged foreign government hacking a United States political party" has to be investigated by the FBI, not by a for profit private company which has a history of making fake reports... You can't change that fact. As for Manafort history with having PAST business relations with Russians...that was years before he worked for the Trump campaign... it's stupid to claim that because Manafort had dealings with the Russians years past, that this is proof that Trump and his team colluded with Russia. That's just ludicrous BS and you know it...

The two indicments were made not because there was any collusion, but simply because Manafort and Flynn didn't report what is perfectly legal to do...

The Obama administration themselves received in, i think it was October 2016 the same Russian ambassador, and several Senators, including democrats, had talked to the Russian ambassador...

You claim, "but the statements of Comey and Jeh Johnson was months ago"... So what? Still nothing has been provided as evidence to corroborate any collusion between the Trump campaign, and the Russian government...

But you know what will really come out? You are in for the ride of your life. This is much bigger than Watergate, and like Watergate goes all the way to the previous President.

Several DOJ officials from the Obama administration, the FBI, and at least the CIA were involved in pushing a false narrative, and fake reports trying to destroy a sitting U.S. President with made up claims that have not one iota of truth.

The FISA courts already know that they were given false claims as evidence to spy on a Presidential candidate. Several reporters were paid by contractors that worked for the DNC, such as Fusion GPS, and they paid reporters to publish fake story after fake story about President Trump before, during, and after his campaign.

There is already a FISA report that has been redacted of the names of U.S. officials within the DOJ, the FBI, and possibly the CIA who were in on this ludicrous political attack on President Trump and it states that these agencies were involved in illegal and criminal acts to destroy Trump before, during and after he became U.S. President.

Joe diGenova, who was a former U.S. Attorney for Washington, DC, and Victoria, and was a deputy asst. Attorney General under President Reagan talks about it in the following video.

My guess is that the memo shows obama using laws instituted during Bush jrs. time. Stuff like the patriot act.
And that none of us will like that he did that because If I remember correctly no one liked the Patriot act or the fact that bush was spying on americans like never before.

But, like it or not , the memo will show that obama DIDN"T brake any laws.
This is going to show that obama was doing things allowed by our laws that really look bad. But nothing criminal.

And if I am right I hope that we all take a moment to understand that trump has those same legal spying actions that he can take. And that the real conversation we should be having is the one about what powers our government has given itself .

Obama did something bad but allowed by our laws?... Using a fake report, the dossier, to manipulate the FISA courts into allowing a sitting President and several underlings under him to spy on not just regular Americans, but on a political opponent because Obama didn't want "his legacy to be stopped" is a criminal offense... This is Watergate all over again but much worse.

So it's Bush's fault? I'm pretty sure Obama was more obsessed with getting Hillary elected to preserve his Legacy and since the Media was 90% on there side they knew all of this Deep State would get burned the moment Hillary won the election erasing forever the Massive amounts of Unconstitutional Spying on a Political Opponent of the opposition party.

There's so much stupid in your post I can't address all of it, so I'll start with your questions.

If Uranium One is some huge deal implicating Hillary and Obama, why hasn't it blown through the roof already

Because they buried it when they were in charge. They have people on the inside trying to hide their crimes for them. It's not a difficult concept.

It's been a year now under Trump?

The uranium one investigation was just reopened a couple months ago.

Are you going to say that the FBI is anti-Trump?

The brass was, yes. The stzrok texts prove that.

Can't do that while they worked so hard to get the Huma laptop at just the right moment.

Did they though? Or did they go out of their way to exonerate clinton a second time before the election, just to make sure people would still vote for her?

Similarly, if this is all some horrible plot involving the DNC and Hillary and whomever, why are we just getting around to it now? You guys control the entire government. Why is this just happening to be coming out now???

See point one. You don't do this kind of corruption without a whole bunch of backup plans to ensure you don't get caught. Right now the backup plans are being burned through. It takes time to week out the bad apples.

Did Hillary's campaign manager have 10 years of experience working for Russia in the Ukraine and Khazacstan?

Yes, probably more actually. Look into mr. spirit cooker.

Did Hillary's Foreign affairs experts have dinner sitting beside Putin??

I would hope so. If they hadn't met with foreign leaders they weren't really experts, were they?

Did Hillary's daughter Chelsea set up meetings with Russians?

Probably with the clinton foundation. But more importantly, the firm hired by clinton had extensive meetings with russians.

Then as president, appointing someone with no experience at all to Sec of State but just happens to be the "Friend of the Motherland" medal winner?

Yeah, definitely don't want someone who has a good relationship with the second largest nuclear power as SoS. /s

Trying to lift sanctions?

Never happened.

Trying to establish a back channel?

Obama? Hillary? Trump? all of them did this. Any respectable administration would do this.

All those people who had to amend their clearance applications to include dozens of contacts (Kush, Flynn) and had to recuse themselves bc they lied about contacts (Sessions).

So much wrong here. First kushner didn't need to do much amending, in fact, he oversuppllied information. Flynn lied. Sessions recused because he was part of the campaign, not because of any russian contacts.

And which candidate had years and years of business involvement with the Russian mob?

The clinton foundation.

Which ones maintain the most lavish lifestyle and yet are always short of cash

The clinotns. They were broke when they left the whitehouse, remember?

Which candidate refused to release tax returns?

Finally, you found a trump specific point! It's amazing how long it took. Unfortunately for you, his tax returns would prove nothing about who he does business with or how he does it. It's just a fun talking point.

You are being manipulated, and you're willing to dig and dig while ignoring the evidence right in front of our eyes.

Just LOL. That's all there is to say about that.
