$1 billion wouldn't even be enough to repair the damage done to 100's of women coming forward now, however it's a start.

Every administrator that was involved, and let this animal roam free should lose their job, 401k, pension for reparations payment, and do jail time.

Are we this apathetic of a society? Wasn't Penn State a lesson

100's of victims are coming forward, and telling their stories about how they were raped, some as early as 5 years old, and some over years, but none took them seriously till recently.

Top administrators hid, denied, and scoffed at these children's allegations for decades.

So who should pay?

Young women and family members committed suicide over this also. Starting at about 44:00 minutes on the second video a mother gives her testimony about her daughter taking her life, as a result of being raped.

Using as a guide the cost of the child molestation scandal that rocked Penn State’s football program, it could cost Michigan State University more than $1 billion to resolve lawsuits filed by the former gymnasts who were sexually assaulted by Dr. Larry Nassar.

Pay? The administrators should all go to jail as accessories. They should debrief the good doctor and find out who is in it with him.

IMO.

What's sad is they have multiple reports on this A-hole, but the administrators did nothing, and didn't report him because most likely due to lawsuits, and the University losing face.

Sadly, as it is a public institution, it will be the taxpayers.

Going by the source, it sounds like they don't really want to find out who was involved.

I guess justice is too expensive.

Even the gymnastics coach, Kathie Klages, who dismissed complaints from the victims as frivolous and pressured them to stay silent, was allowed to retire and begin collecting a pension without facing criminal charges.

One afternoon this past autumn, Michigan State University gymnastics coach Kathie Klages asked her young athletes to sign a card to the team doctor, Larry Nassar.

Nassar wasn't recuperating from an illness or celebrating a milestone. Instead, he had been publicly accused of molesting former patients and was the target of a fast-growing police investigation.

"She said, 'You don't have to sign this if you don't want to, but it's for Larry and it would be appreciated if we could let him know that we're thinking about him,'" said gymnast Lindsey Lemke, 21, who recalls that some team members did sign.

Brother that would be to easy and quick.

They need to have everything taken away, and put in jail. This BS needs to stop now.

Probably right.

How many other schools will be found. Makes our society look very uncaring.

175 years to start, and more coming.

He'll be doing a lot of time in jail, unfortunately he can't serve all of it.

May all the victims find comfort, and one day find peace within themselves.

www.cnn.com...

Former USA Gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar has been sentenced to up to 175 years in prison, a judge announced Wednesday after hearing statements from more than 150 women and girls who said he sexually abused them over the past two decades.

"I've just signed your death warrant," Judge Rosemarie Aquilina said. "I find that you don't get it, that you're a danger. That you remain a danger."
