I dont think JW will need to FOIA this. It will come out one way or another.

From what I have read all Nunes has to do is call his committee together and make a motion to release all of the info publicly. All that is required is a simple majority vote at which point, if the vote is to release, the executive branch has something like 60-90 days to review the info and object to what they think should be kept from public view.

I get the impression the Republicans used a Democratic play on this one. By releasing the memo to al members of the House it set the stage for leaks on the off chance Democrats would try to block its release (as we see they did).

Just like Democrats removing restrictions on information sharing between executive branch departments with regards to Trump info.

But people are right.. We have been here before so no sense in getting amped up just to be let down again. With that said my thoughts are the info is damning.

People seem to forget or dont know that the FEC has opened several investigations into the Clinton campaign and her campaigns activities.
