Feinstein's release wasn't classified information as far as I know. The memo is alleged to be.
It's not that they don't want to release it, it's that they by law cannot until it is declassified.
I was waiting for someone to bite.
The Memo is classified because it is based in truth upon
classified Documents from the FBI and DOJ.
And yes, it can be released with few redactions.
This has been discussed in previous pages. There is no comparison to Feinstein.
Someone would be breaking federal law if they arbitrarily released it (other than perhaps the President). There is a process to follow to do any redaction or declassification.
Donald Trump, Jr. said on Tucker Carlson tonight that he "thinks" his Father CAN and WILL Release the document.
Rule #1 When possible, change or fabricate the information
Rule #2 When you can not change the information, change the narrative
Rule #3 When you can not change the narrative, discredit the source
Rule #4 If you can not discredit the source, attack the source
Rule #5 Never underestimate the value of a well timed distraction
Rule #6 Outright ignore damaging or loaded questions
Rule #7 When you can not ignore certain material, latch on to factual or procedural inaccuracies

No matter how far we get away from 2016 the election will never be over until they can arrest the opposition.
And someone has been calling for the arrest of our President for just as long - sheesh

Let me get this straight. The Dems are not looking at the memo because they were told it's BS and the Reps who read it are just sounding the alarm bells for nothing. Hmm looks like Matt Gaetz didn't get the memo. RepMattGaetz

So many thought it was great when Feinstein released
the Fusion GPS memo. Seems they quickly forget
their own logic.
Seems hypocritical to a large degree!

Why do you think Democrats are desperate to destroy Nunes and equally desperate to change the news cycle. Democrats are placing all their eggs into the russia narrative and are intentionally shutting down the federal government to change the news cycle.
The last time the government shut down Democrats got away with blaming Republicans and they are counting on that strategy to work again now.
There appeared to be darker elements at work as well. Business Insider reported that the hashtag assigned to the memo debate has been fueled by Twitter accounts linked to Kremlin propaganda.
Wikileaks, the website run by Julian Assange that intelligence officials say was complicit in the Kremlin's 2016 interference campaign, has offered a $1 million reward for a leaked copy of the memo.
As he emerged from the House’s secure meeting room Friday, Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas) declined to say whether he'd actually seen the document.
But when asked about the characterization by some rank-and-file Republicans that the memo's contents are “shocking,” Cornyn replied: “I think there’s a lot of paranoia around here when it comes to that topic.”
Republicans, Schiff said, are “doing their best to tear apart the FBI to protect the president and I think it’s a terrible disservice to the country.”
The documents that supposedly inform these talking points are highly classified," the lawmakers said in a joint statement. "And they will not be made public, making it impossible for the few Members who have seen the documents to explain the flaws and misstatements contained within the talking points without disclosing our most closely held intelligence sources and methods.
This is by design."

How do they think this is going to end.
A scary thought to imagine.
I have come to the conclusion their Demagogue leaders
want to usher in an American brand of communism.
They will not stop till they get there.

Well Cornyn seems to be keeping his cool, sounds like he is skeptical of the memo. And the twitter bots are being used as a distraction, but that doesn't mean they aren't real and pushing the memo on twitter, so why shouldn't it be reported: "Just 'cause I'm paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get me", as the saying goes.
Republicans haven't leaked anything either, so by your logic they must be afraid of the info it contains. Do you see any possibility that the memo could contain only vague accusations that can't be verified because they are based on secret documents? And could Democrats be hesitating because they don't know how to counter that? This is how I'd expect them to react whether the memo was "the real deal" or not.
If Dems haven't visited the room then this tells me they feel confident they already know the nature of the memo, however it may be.
Some users here are already hoping to enjoy public executions, which sure sounds exciting, but I think we should wait at least until Trump or Nunes let's us see anything substantial.
