Long time lurker, I'm not American nor did I ever consider myself left or right until I started visiting this site.
Seems my beliefs agree mostly with those on the right?
Im finding myself having a hard time reading comments from those from the "left" without rolling my eyes, after 12 years lurking on this site my eyes are ready to roll right out of my sockets.
Do these people really believe what they Write? It seems that they have to go against common sense every time no matter what the subject is.
I'm not sure what compelled me to write this today, perhaps it's the alcohol speaking, but it's driving me nuts.
If anything these people have actually made me like trump more.

Hello and welcome. No, your senses don't deceive you, its good you post your opinions and views, this is what makes this site grow.

The fact that something bothered you, resulting in you posting after lurking for some time means you won't be contained, sitting idly by while others assert nonsense, this is good. Keep an open mind, this thread has some good information, glad you can join us.

“It's troubling. It is shocking,” North Carolina Rep. Mark Meadows said. “Part of me wishes that I didn't read it because I don’t want to believe that those kinds of things could be happening in this country that I call home and love so much.”

That is a strong statement, it will be hard to walk that back.

thanks for the reply.
I try to read through each thread with an open mind, it just gets too much sometimes. Arguments back and forth, I've seen more posters (slightly more) on the "right" trying to be reasonable with their responses but the "left" always tries to spam their argument out with either long winded no substance half copy and pasted responses (which I normally skip) or the Silly 1 or 2 line responses that sometimes gets flooded on the screen when a poster has forgotten to post anything that day. Anyway goodnight all

This has to be some kind of record.
14 pages and not one of the usual suspects have shown up to deny, deflect or defend.

It's a miracle I tell ya!

or.....they're just trying to figure out how to spin this.

The insanity of the left chased a lot of us to Trump. I never liked the guy, but someone had to stop what was happening.

Hopefully it's all coming to a head. Hopefully the evidence is damning enough that the Control-Left won't have a moral leg to stand on when the dust clears.

I suppose if they want to revolt, the battle will be short lived. They have never been known to have much prowess when it comes to fighting.

The best thing about this thread is its content, a non partisan issue, so the left and right paradigms are a bit dull here.

I saw someone say something "silly" a few pages back, but she doesn't seem to have the fortitude to really put her heart into fighting this one out.

They're all safely huddled together in Ante's 'Trump Got Spanked By A Porn Star' thread.

Yes, I saw that come up yesterday evening and I thought.. hmmm, getting to the point now that they are dredging up what wasn't fit for the dossier.
I didn't dignify the OP with a post.

Is there nothing new on this? Looks like Fox is letting it be, even. I don't like being duped, I'm gonna be disillusioned if this was just more of the usual grandstanding.

It'd be very unwise for Republicans to just wait around for weeks and months after letting this cat out of the bag, if it's a big deal. It would give everyone so much time to prepare. I'm just not seeing the commotion I'd expect if this was the real deal. And why is Trump ignoring it?

I'm currently reading a lot of tweets that mention that most of the Dem's refused to view the memo. Sounds about right. Twitter is blowing up and no Dem in sight to correct the issue. I'm strangely reminded of the 9k indictments still sitting idly by.

Republican members of Congress, mostly conservative, are calling for the release of a brief memo written by the House Intelligence Committee about alleged FISA surveillance abuses. The committee had voted along party lines Thursday to allow House members to read the memo. "I viewed the classified report from House Intel relating to the FBI, FISA abuses, the infamous Russian dossier, and so-called 'Russian collusion.' What I saw is absolutely shocking," Rep. Mark Meadows, R-North Carolina, tweeted.

The MSM won't be able to ignore this, it just may take a while before they run with it.

Maybe they're afraid they won't get paid if the gov't goes on shutdown.

In looking at Google News, MSN, Bing News, and Yahoo front pages, there isn't even a mention of this story anywhere. The oly things I see are budget shutdown, porn star stories, and that disgusting family that had their children chained in their house.

The 10' pole hasn't even been broken out yet.

Heh. I had thought that story was intended as a desperate diversion from the FISA #storm, but perhaps they just needed a "safespace" to gather in.

Imagine those MSM outlets coverage if a memo about trump's fbi abusing dems and the republicans voted for congress not to see it.

It would be wall to wall coverage.

Yeah and most of the people still think that there is nothing wrong with this behavior of the MSM. Are they unable to realize that this could backfire if they just ignore it? This is not going away anytime soon.

Where are all the members saying questioning the FBI was dangerous and unpatriotic?

Where are the ones saying there was nothing wrong with what the intel community did?

Where are the ones saying Flake had a point saying trumps fake news awards made him like stalin?

They're stuck in the mud!
