First then ask him if he said republicans are born inferior.

No I said the inferior become republicans & that is proven on message boards all across the net every day.

Humans aren't born republican but humans that lack certain cognitive abilities gravitate to the beliefs that require little in the way of "thinking".

Lobbyist like the Podesta group?

And funny how Trumps own EO on this has them scared.

Trump's new Executive Order may explain asset shuffle

Perhaps one of the main drivers behind Russian oligarchs shedding assets before the U.S. Treasury's "indices of corruption" are released is an Executive Order signed quietly in Late December which freezes the U.S. housed assets of foreign government officials or executives of foreign corporations deemed to be corrupt.

In fact, anyone in the world who has "materially assisted, sponsored, or provided financial, material or technological support for, or goods or services" to foreigners targeted by the Executive Order is subject to frozen assets. This would apply to D.C. lobbyists working for corrupt Russian oligarchs, or U.S. government officials who have, say, effectuated a uranium deal deemed corrupt.

But what continually bothers me is that Trump's supporters will acknowledge that his people consorted with the Russians to tilt the election, but dismiss its significance on that basis that it didn't work.

Who? Who has "acknowledged that [Trump's] people consorted with the Russians to tilt the election?" That's the silliest thing that I've heard in this thread, other than the fact that the OP takes his thread seriously at this point (I doubt that he understands that what is described as happening is legal, even if it's back-handed and shady).

Excuse me? I'd still call that treason!

Then you'd be wrong, as that's not the elements of treason.

But here's the deal, if something illegal did happen, and this investigation ends up exposing it, that's a good thing, because anyone subverting federal law--especially politicians, IMO--need to be held accountable, and also IMO, to the fullest extent of the law, since these are the people who should be setting the best example for our nation.

But there is, as of yet, no hard evidence that points directly to Trump, and I see that as remaining the reality for the duration of the investigation...but if I'm wrong, then I will fully support indictment and prosecution/impeachment.

Then why did I only get a cheap pull over fleece with no side pockets on my three year renewal? You’d think there might be an old AK bayonet or something with all those Russian ties.

And all I got was a ranch coat for moving up to Endowment Patriot level...would have though I’d at least get a Cossack coat!

On a side note, you folks who like to slam the NRA (as you slam most things that benefit American citizens) should really do some research into all the good deeds the NRA does for US citizens ... which I’m not going to debate - look it up!

Knowing that, the answer is obvious. Join up with the Republicans, run for office and get on the gravy train! You do realize that the businesss of America is business. The object of life here is to make money. So quit whining and get to work. Say the right lies and hell, even I might vote for you!

Suppose the fact that Russia sells millions of guns around the world and has importers in the USA who are NRA members is not a reason for them to be in Russia(horrors!) doing business. That would just not be possible now, would it?I thought I`d seen paranoia about Obama, but the far left has totally lost their mind and the hate for anyone not a liberal is at least as high as the Nazi`s had toward the Jews. What a shame and if it`s doesn`t cool off theres going to be bloodshed from one side or the other.

Yet you call it treason for republicans, and have no problem with the dems doing it.

I'm all about letting the chips fall where they may. If the Dems were using the Russians to try and tilt the election, why are they not being chased down? (I actually thought Mueller's mandate was to follow all the threads). But the GOP has the White House and Congress...the Senate? The Supreme Court?
Can Trump not call for an investigation?
I await the indictments that will prove your point.

If Donald Trump was getting so much help from the Russians and now the NRA Russians why would he have spent close to 70 million in his own money on his campaign?

Your new narrative is the NRA used Russian money to help Trump win? Sorry, you had a #ty candidate who took off the last month of the campaign.

Also, still waiting on my PutinPhone....

OK, I don't think it's a particularly kind thing to say. There are discussions about why some folks are innately conservative, and others, liberal...but there are ways to express them without value judgements.

YES!!! EXACTLY!!!!!

Why arent they? We have an admission by the dnc and hillarys team, not theory, that yes they paid for this dossier, yes it was through a foreign agent, yes it used kremlin agents as a source, yes they lied about it for a year.

None of that is theory. By your definition thats treason. So why no special counselor to investigate her? Why didnt the FBI?

Could it be that heads of the FBI were singing the praises of hillary on texts, and coming up with insurance plans in case Trump won?

Why are almost no one in the main stream media and democratoc party calling for an investigation into this, if they are serious about getting to the bottom of Russian influence?

For the record, both the house and senate are looking into this, so there is an investigation.

But strange when we have actual proof, the loudest voices about hopw bad russia is are completely silent.

Yes I agree. I dont mind some good natured ribbing.

But my comments about the tone of his thread are based on his previous comments that people born inferior become republican.

Given that context, its hard to give the childish disdainful tone of the OP the benefit of the doubt.
