Well Obama created a worst scandal then Watergate by SPYING on Trumps Campaign and Transistion Team. So that will be Obama's Legacy.

Also DACA Unconstitutional.
Obama never got Gitmo Bay closed (thank God).
Economy never rose to 3% GDP
O and Democrats lost over a 1000 Seats from Governorships to the Lowest Levels of power.
Obama breaking Presidential Ethics and speaking out against his Successor.

Trumps Legacy seems pretty good right about now

Which is why trump will not release the fisa warrant that would prove that and hypothetically end the fbi investigation he hates...

Yea, that’s makes sense.

“james Buchanan l” was Lincoln’s predecessor and is specifically remembered for refusing to act as the south rebelled.

By the time lincoln took office the south had already rebelled.

So he is remembered for “what he didn’t do”, but I can’t think of anyone else who is remembered for inaction. Rather than some action that went right or wrong.

The reason he is remembered for inaction is because of the monumental events of the civil war and abolition.

Inaction doesn’t make the history books without a disaster that you should have acted on..

As I said previously, he may not be remembered for inaction but he will not be remembered for action either, other than rule by Executive Order. When he is idling his presidency away, he can't do anything of import, so he is in the middle of the pack; neither good nor bad but merely a placeholder.

This thread is a perfect example of premature epostilation.

Sad.

I'm not putting Obama on Mt. Rushmore, but looking at a president prior to Obama that started a war that was neither necessary, won, or finished, committed war crimes during it, lost New Orleans, then tanked the economy, Obama was a resounding success.

Be fair. It was a global economic crisis.

What society crushing executive order did he sign???

You know something with enough negaitve consequences to make the history book???

For “ruled by executive order” to be historically significant, requires a horribly negative policy to attach it to..

Such as the Japanese internment camps.

I PROMISE YOU, that if we google the top 10 worst executive orders in history. Obama is not on that list..

None of the criticisms of obama are objectivly historically significant.

They are nothing school kids will need to know about..

On the other side though. Obama has “first black president” which is obviously historically significant. Then he followed W. Bush who imho perpetrated the most corrupt act in modern history, and got caught..

He lied to invade Iraq and then gave the multi-billion dollar rebuild contract to his and Cheney’s own private company.

And that isn’t getting into the conspiracy side of things.. those are objective facts.

So historically, you have one of the worst presidents (W) followed by the first black president without any big scandals.. Followed by Trump..

So if Obama was sandwiched between Lincoln and JFK. Obama comes out looking like a crap president.

However, he is sandwiched between the bad Bush and Trump . Both of which are HUGELY unpopular with just oodles of scandals.

Like posting in the correct forum....since this thread is about predicting results of something that has yet to occur....it should be in the prediction forum.

How about got CAUGHT lying to get us into the Iraq war. Then gave the GAJILLION dollar rebuild contract to his and the VP’s private company(haliburton) ??

Imho the most corrupt act in modern political history.. and the objective truth. No crazy conspiracy theories required..

If we assume the worst about trump collusion. It doesn’t touch that imho
