I haven't participated in a contest since I moved to vermont, I read the entries.but not the announcements.
I had no idea you ran them.now it makes sense to me know why you were taking my comment so personally.
I was to admit,bewildered.

And it makes perfect sense in light of you revealing you have been questioned in your handling of the contests..

Again I had no idea.

All in all I'd like to rephrase my original statement..;

"I need to feel passionate about the story and topic or I cannot write, and I have a hard time writing stories off the cuff, for me a story has to Stew in my brain for a few months and marinate. But the abundance of talent and the truly awesome works that emanate from the contests never ceases to amaze me!"

Yeah. But i understood that you are not allowed to clarify further due to t&c. It doesn't matter that much, i just hope the sh*t is in the past now.

Just checked the weather of Edinburgh. +2c. Same in Helsinki. I am waiting for spring, for about the first time in my life. Constant fear of falling down at any second on a slippery ice with a layer of water on top of it is not my idea of an ideal winter.

Just got all my clothes off, put a towel around my... critical areas and the doorbell rang. I really dislike when that happens, when i am waiting for no one.

Jehova's witnesses. 2 really old women. I said "Going to the sauna, i don't care"

I really hope its not the Flu flu. I've had it twice in my life now - last september I had it with my son at the same time (I am a single mum) and the poor lad was freaking out that he was dying. Aye laddy, thats the flu we got.
