Our Cousin Itt was at the hairdresser on the day of the family photo so I had to ask the family for an individual photo to share here.

Thank you for your encouragement for my writing. Once I can establish being awake or sleep on a normal schedule then I can get back to writing more than notes about what I want to write.

The lack of medication has helped in two ways. 1. A lot of the medication mimics heart problems only making the matter worse for me. 2. Being off of medication for my physical self as well as emotional self has helped to wake me up in terms of "hey, I'm no longer a cow just sitting around waiting for the world to happen." I am a bit frustrated right now as I've been trying to build a free website just for some of my pictures. I started with Site-Builder but my limited computer skills didn't make things go as I planned. I then tried Angelfire and Tripod but I can only get as far as signing up for them as they are either blocked by my computer or who knows what.

Poor Jacy is feeling the pains of living in the women's shelter now with too many roommates and having some of her belongings stolen.

That’s just so sad to read 😕. Hopefully things will turn around for her in the months to come and she can get into some low cost housing covered by the gov. You’d think homeless people would be more respectful of other homeless people’s property ,considering they have so few possessions.

Then there is the question of whether it was the other homeless or the people working at the shelter who are the ones doing the stealing as the workers are the ones that go home at night and make the stolen items disappear. Jacy and the other women are scared to death of the day they will be put out into the world of unaffordable housing costs. Apparently low cost housing is not low enough to be of any use to them.

Hello!

Just had my morning coffee and listening to rock.

Ok so in a couple of hours i will go to the dentist. Basic inspection. Last time i was in a dentist the year was 2006. I am not scared, but i am nervous. I can't even smoke a cigarette before i go, at home i will wash my teeth, and take a bus to the dentist and wish for the best. It is a matter of respect, the dentist is working and helping me, and i don't want that my mouth smells like an ashtray.

After i am done with it, i will smoke the fattest cigarette that my rolling papers allow and buy a big pizza and some beer.

It is weird how association works..one of my best friends, I met in kindergarten was named cheyanne .
He died in our junior year in a horrible horrible car accident ..closed casket type.. you know you look back.. and think about the people who have helped shape your life. And people always say"they were a saint" or go on in one manner or another of exaggeration...

So I'm here to tell you my friend chey was no saint,he was not perfect, but he was honest and good and all I could ever hope to be..He taught me more about being family then my own natural sibling..


So getting back to the association thing...

Your name brings back a lot of awesome memories for me.. and I see a lot of his qualities in how you post and what you post..

And even tho logically I know we are not old friends,,

you are guilty by association now!

If it's any consolation, my last dentist visit was 15-20 years ago and things are pretty bad. I will not go into detail but let's just say my teeth are pretty bad. I don't care because I rarely smile and when in company I keep my mouth closed when smiling. Dentists scare me, except for two. I cannot afford a dentist. Plod on. Good luck my friend, think peaceful thoughts and relax...
