Who will be left to impeach him?

Personally, id like the end result to be Trump no longer president. But not until the 2 party system is left on tatters.

Congress will have a Democratic majority in 2018, whatever happens to party "leadership." By April, the electorate will realize that the tax bill was rushed into place without adequate preparation, and that they will be paying more, not less, out of pocket because their employers did not withhold enough. They will also not be able to deduct their property tax and charitable contributions. Church groups will scream.

Are you saying that we will go full on fascist? Destroy all political opposition? That's what Trump supporters seem to be hoping for.

If the Qanon events become reality, it won't be a partisan roundup. It spans full spectrum.

Is that why so many Republicans are stepping down?

Fascism is when the government has an incestuous relationship with capital. It allows no political opposition , and does not allow freedom of the press. Does that sound familiar?

Probably, yes. Most of the GOP who are retiring are ones who we've long flagged as part of the Swamp. If the Dems won't do the same, then they'll be no choice but to start indicting them.

Wel it sounds more like Obama, who had the majority of the press as his mouth piuece, and still arrested more journalists and sources than any other president.

Trump has arrested zero, and the press has been more against him than any president in history.

Yes, it sounds exactly like the system liberals and our MSM have been trying to create: one that allows no opposition or free press.

Sure.

The federal criminal charges filed against National Security Agency leaker Edward Snowden make it seven times that the Obama administration has used the Espionage Act against government workers who shared information with the press. In at least two instances, the government’s investigations have delved into the practices of reporters and news organizations and put reporters in legal jeopardy.

This has raised red flags among defenders of the media. In a vigorous exchange on CNN’s The Lead, host Jake Tapper asserted to Ruth Marcus of the Washington Post that "the Obama administration has used the Espionage Act to go after whistleblowers who leaked to journalists ... more than all previous administrations combined."

Not just Journalists, but their immediate families were spied upon. The journalist who broke the NorthKorea story was actually labeled by the Obama Administration as a "Hostile Foreign Agent".

Given that Obama imprisoned more journalists than anyone else has...im interested why it all of the sudden matters now.

That said...the DNC dying has nothing to do with fascism. Another party will rise to take its place. I suspect itll be 2 parties initially, with centrists and leftists camping out in different areas.

I can see blacks splintering from the liberals to form a separate party. I'm kinda surprised it hasn't happened already.

It would be sad indeed for the deaths of the civil war and all the strife of the civil rights movement to result in a voluntary segregation.

I can only hope more reasoned heads prevail in that regard.

The lower class Blacks (lower 40%) are still in denial that Obama neglected them, and are paranoid that Trump wants to hang them from a tree. The more educated, the more pro-Trump.

He went after the leakers, not the journalists. Leakers are violating an oath. Trump is going after any media that hurts his feelings. See the difference?
