I still wasn't really clear on the difference between keto and low carb.....but this article helped a lot.
To me, this is an important part.....I feel I sometimes ate too much protein in a day.

Because a low carb diet typically focuses on reducing carbs, it’s often easy to forget about fats and proteins. So some people on a low carb diet end up on a super high protein diet instead. Keto tries to balance the macros a bit more. There’s a lot more emphasis on eating healthy fats and not overdoing it on the protein front.

I think you would do well on Keto. Since you have been doing low carb for a long time, it shouldn't be hard for you to.
Just a little difference in the two.
I thought Keto would be difficult and have a sparse food selection but I was so wrong.

That chocolate cake link you shared is now on my to make list for this weekend.
