So you made something up. Where does it say he is worried about protests? My best guess is he will be there for Harrys wedding and instead of wasting the time he waits. Cannot wait to see those Obama/Trump pictures....

Comparing your criticism with Trump's tweet, nothing you have said is consistent with what he said.

That's your opinion. I obviously disagree.

for whatever reason

The reason was because the decision to move the embassy was made under Bush. Something like 70 potential sites for the new embassy were examined while Bush was in office. The process of purchasing the site for the new location was started under Bush. The process of selling the existing embassy was started under Bush and had already progressed through the initial round of bids, with the eventual buyer having moved up to the top of the heap.

But it's Obama's baby because he followed suit with something that was both needed and well under way when he took office?

Dishonest demagogue Donald trying to present it as a boondoggle, let alone something for which Obama should be blamed, is bull#.

All of your pettifogging defense of unpopular liars aside, Trump's faux outrage over a "bad deal" that wasn't clearly was not the impetus for his decision not to take the trip to London. It was a lie and a particularly transparent one at that.

You really think he would admit there is a scared little man under that thin skin?
His enormous ego will never let him admit any frailty ..it's pretty obvious by now.

He said that he would have sex with "the model, Lady Di" but only if "she had an AIDS test first" - on radio.

I think he will not be going to that wedding. Harry is way too classy to have his wedding sullied by the presence of Donald.

Oh, and wonderful thank you to the person who linked the 420 insults Trump has handed out this term via Twitter, and I wanted to mention that I am near certain that none of those regard Putin.

Putin can throw out half the U.S. diplomatic staff and Trump will praise him.

No, it's a brute fact.

Th Embassy was sold late in 2009, well into the Obama presidency, meaning any final decisions around the deal were made during, yes, the Obama administration. Did Bush make the sale Trump was talking about? No. Was Bush handling the final sale of the embassy late in 2009? No. Did Bush build a new one in an off location for 1.2 billion dollars? No.

So then why are you lying?

Ahh, Bush's fault!

I knew it!

What's with obama and billion dollar buildings, anyway?

I would never go there. Got plenty of you blokes here.

All them bobbies 2x2 on bikes. ewww.

2 of my nieces went to school there, tho. (they are chinese)

Any white people still there? Maybe that's why he won't go. Saddick is still mayor.

Or maybe he found out what kind of fish they use for the fish n' chips. Does anyone actually know?

Jeeze, "chips" imported from Ireland?

He's doing Americans a favor by not going. No need to waste money on a ribbon cutting ceremony.

Obama and hillary might come if they ask nicely.

You can bash trump all you want. 1 year ago I started in the stock market with a 10k loan. Today I have almost a million dollars... one million... I was in a # apartment with a # life, now I'm actually comfortable for once. Not in a dank basement with god knows what crawling around me.

Online, everyone is a millionaire with a PhD. I know I am.

The unwashed Labour supporters would be all over it, but they do not represent Britain, they are the opposition party in the UK, bit like your Dem's but more socialist.

Who does represent Britain?

You think he's getting an invite? My money is on neither him nor Obama - a friend of Harry's - getting an invite. Trump because he's an arse, Obama because Harry doesn't want the Snowflake in Chief to have a jealousy meltdown.

I know it's not the mayor of London, that's the best answer I can give you.

It doesn't have to say , it's obvious .... he is worried about protests and protests there would be.

He won't be at the wedding.

What final decisions do you assume needed to be made? As I've clearly demonstrated, the decisions central to the move — the decision to move, the site of the new location, the buyer for the current embassy — had all been made (or in the case of the buyer, all but made).

The only Obama decision we have any evidence of was the decision not to reverse the earlier administration's decisions.

So then why are you lying?

What am I lying about? At no point have said that the sale wasn't completed after Obama took office. Why do you keep falsely accusing me of lying?

No, it's a brute fact.

Sifting through a pile of bull# for isolated facts must be grueling work. Don't forget to wash your hands.

Yes. It would coincide with a State Visit. Lower bottom line and he only has to go once. It would make sense. No need to waste money on the opening of a building. See, he has already done that many many times so why again?

So, does this mean it is really Bush who is building the wall? According to your logic that would be correct.
