Valentine's day 2018 falls on Ash Wednesday and Easter day falls on April Fools day.

According to the table in my old Prayer Book, this happens whenever the Sunday Letter for the year is G, and the Golden Number is either V, VIII, XVI, or XIX.
It's a cycle, you know. Whatever tremendous significance you may think you have found will not apply next year.
