There is no currently identifiable market for the type of scientific exploration in which TTS AAS plans to engage (e.g., niche physics and consciousness). For once, a paragraph written by those guys makes perfect sense to me.

Niche physics means the Metric warp drive stuff that both Dr's Puthoff and
Davis want to get funded: ( en.wikipedia.org... ).
Unfortunately it's not practical, so nobody will fund them.

Consciousness is the buzzword most people seem to love.. now.. since
'consciousness' sorta seems involved with quantum mechanics.. (though
that's semi disputable..) it's one of those very 'sexy' subjects.. that if
cracked.. would advance us past "Star Trek" almost overnight.

Probable Translation: Enhance the current MKUltra program.

That's just what it says.. it's been with us since NIDS and BAAS. Use humans
as experimental subjects.. find people who got fried with weird radiation from
'the Phenomenon', etc, then try to back-engineer what happened. As you know,
I spoke to two of their scientists, in-depth on this subject, before I got shown
the door.

Brain-Computer Interface

Translation: Hook brains into war machines.. etc.. but also stuff like this:

Telepathy

I don't know exactly the spin on this one.. sounds like a personal hobby..
or if you prove 'telepathy' you can then kickstart RV programs. That one
is a little more squishy.

I've been somewhat harsh on reflection. I believe that some of these are connected. Some are just magic tricks to obfuscate:

- Missing 411
- Cryptids (bigfoot etc)
- Crash retrievals
- Strawberry Icecream
- Skinwalker
- UFOs
- Religious experiences

Which are real, which are designed to hide the truth?



What I can say is that I am certain that the human mind responding to trauma is what also occurs during interaction with the phenomenon.

With each attempt to remember, the memory is corrupted. The interaction uses gamma pulses with terahertz. The majority die of exposure. Whilst alive those who have been exposed may develop changes in the brain. Unidentified Bright Objects. The right occipital lobe. The dorsal stratum increases greatly.

Kind of like you are plugging a new ethernet card into the computer bus and the CAT5 cable into a new ethernet port.

One reason ATS is so valuable. Individual experiences by fine, upstanding people with no reason to BS. As you know my investigations basically takes the form of shamanistic/cactus vine interface with what ever shows up when you open the doors of chapel Perilous. There seems to be more to Catholicism than meets the eye. I don't know....had a very interesting experience out at standing rock, still trying to get the imagery into something tangible.

There are various reports speaking about a disk like a double
drum tophat upside/downside thing about 15 feet across with
those tentacles, going back to the vietnam war.

There are similar reports in Brazil, and perhaps even in the UK..
perhaps in those scottish mountains.. you can probably infer
which famous incident I'm referencing.

Now normally, i wouldn't pay any attention to the form of
something 'phenomenal'. It can be anything.

Or it could have been some MKultra induced fantasy.. or
simple delusion.. yada yada.. you know the drill.

But I have had this shape enter my dreams sometimes.. now..
my dreams are not necessarily any more cogent than anybody
elses dreams.. but I normally do not dream.

Given the undeniable 'blades are involved' most of the time
for cattle mutilations, but to assume it's the government
or what not is purely ridiculous.. (is the government going
to swim down in the deep ocean and mutilate ocean mammals?,
etc etc)

I have no evidence whatsoever for such a thing.. and as you
know.. I'm extremely reluctant to expound on a view of
something truly physical...

but my gut is talking to me.. so I'm listening.

It may be a completely wrong 'gut rumbling'.

But I think that whatever is involved with mutilations
(when it's not actually a prosaic explanation) is more
'real' than most of the EM type occurrences.

That's all.. no smoking gun. Just treat me like any
other loon out there.

Well Catholicism has been accumulating "Poltergeist Energy"
for thousands of years. It's no wonder that it can seem real,
when in fact the contemporary pagans when the religion
was starting, were all scratching their heads.. as the claims
were all non-existent & absurd.

Thanks for elaborating.

The mutilation angle is also something I keep an eye on - my recent thread about UK cat mutilations linked to an ETH (as well as other species, including owls and snakes) didn't gain much traction, but being a cat lover myself, I can well understand avoiding reading such upsetting details.

We chuckled at our mutual failure to consider the prospect of 'mini aliens' (at Rendlesham, for example); in a similar way I think researchers tend to dismiss mutilations occurring to anything smaller than cattle since the late-60s.

There really isn't anything before 1970 that deals with anything at all regarding mutilation of cattle and other large animals. I dare say if you dig you'll find a handful of them. A bigger mystery is that we don't hear too much from places like India about cattle mutilation where there are about 125m cattle.

That's a good point and I am not saying this things don't occur, but all we hear is about the US and not much more beyond that. Same goes with ufology and leaked documents and everything.

Canada isn't doing it...no-one has no idea what Canada does about ufos, but we all know what the US does(apparently) because we are told....over and over and over...the motivations for doing so is what interests me these days...

But to counter my own argument... You could say that the US is one of the only places trying to interfere / interact / summon "it" and what we had about are potential side effects of just that...who knows..

India has 4 large US Military bases, so it isn't lack of bases that's involved.

(people often want to involve the US Military in the mystery.. but there has
never been one scintilla of proof for that).

If I recall, in "Stalking the Herd", it mentions quite a few
mutilations in Canada.. some in GB, some in Australia.

It's not just in the USA, though that does seem to be the bulk of them.

I think it's like with "UFO" reporting.. to report a "UFO" typically you
need the Internet.

So if you take reporting differences and language differences into
account, I think a lot of foreign countries may have plenty of
both 'UFOs' and "Mutilations" and we just don't hear about it.

Perhaps an insight on the sacred cows.

One time a well meaning lady lent me a Vedic cow dung burner used for fertilising crops. You burnt dry cow dung and the smoke would spread organic goodness.

I left the thing on my front verandah along with the bag of cow dung and forgot about it. Some time later a little blue guy with many arms was sitting on the verandah railing. So I said hello.

He was miffed that I didn't use the ritual and burn the cow dung.

I explained that I didn't want to involve Vedic stuff as I was using bio-dynamic gardening.

He explained how he knew how to fertilise the ground with what was in the cow dung using the smoke.

He didn't move far from his ritual burner. These little guys manifest in the smoke and do their stuff. In India, the pall of cow dung smoke from cooking fires hanging over the towns means these guys are everywhere within the smoke.

Do the ritual regularly and the blue people with many arms will live with you too.

He knew of fertilising at an atomic element level.

When India stops burning cow dung, they will loose the blue people with many arms too. Sad.

Just my educated guess: the cow is probably not the key. The dung is because it is in the smoke that the blue guys have a presence. They would protect cows I would think

Sometimes I just love your contributions..

I rarely say that to anyone..

So the dung burners emit the nanoscale particles that allow
plasma entities to form easier.. just like how the Lakota Sioux
indians exhaled tobacco smoke from their pipes to summon
the entities.

So maybe the relatively friendly 'entities' keep away the
dissecting machines?

And I don't recall anyone saying you shouldn't post.

Not to worry, the many-armed blue guys will be in India for some time — turd 💩 burners are all the rage in toilet design in today’s India.

As part of an IR&D, a group of us visited India 🇮🇳 in 2012 to kickoff a Gates Foundation project for toilet 🚽 designs...costing it out was rather simple (turds do have a ‘salvage value’ but can be a negative cost input), so I was along for the ‘sight-seeing’. Fair to say, there’s no shortage of human or cow dung from what I saw in my 10 days there.

Sounds like they want to have the ability to "create experiencers" so they can control "it" and it's potential military applications if you think about it would be a very nice thing to have....if you were military minded of course. The ability to "pop up/in/materialise" anywhere you want with no restrictions!

The experiencer group, mind brain interface, telepathy, white spots on MRIs... "Could" all point to a conclusion like that....
