Stock market’s up, jobs are way up, unemployment is down, housing starts are up and the economy in general is way up. What more signs do people need?

If you want Trump to fail, then YOU want to fail, plain and simple. Wishing doom on Trump is wishing doom on yourself.

The biggest reason Trump-haters hate Trump is because he is proving Obama wrong. Obama validated people’s “victim” status. Everybody was a ‘victim’ of something and therefore had an excuse for failure, an excuse for everything. Obama made it ‘okay’ to be a victim. It was ‘okay’ to be a failure under Obama. Trump is proving “victim” status is just an excuse for being lazy…and people don’t like it.

The desperation to prove Trump wrong by the left is an unmistakable sign the liberal left is a broken platform, broken beyond repair. They have no plan…other than failure and excuses. They simply cannot stand the idea that people really can win, if they only try.

Never before in the history of this great nation has there ever been a more divisive president than Obama, the damage he inflicted on this country is immeasurable. He turned “the people” against the people, and that was exactly his plan all along. His entire presidency was one big social experiment to him, and it was a grand failure. The notion Trump doesn’t embrace nationwide socialism as the path forward is a like a peck of hot peppers on the gut of a soft people who are used to being spoon-fed vanilla ice cream at every whimper.

Trump is winning, and Obama was a failure pure and simple, a tragic mistake and a blight on American history.

Bottom line; Trump is proving (once again) that socialism is a laughable farce. It doesn't work. Socialism is an illusion for the weak, perpetuated by politicians for selfish personal gain, offering the path of least resistance to those who demand something for nothing.

You sound as if you've been reading op-eds on what liberals want/feel, etc. Have you talked to many of us? Asked us about this?

We get lectured on what we are supposedly thinking all the time, you know. You seem to have completely missed most of our concerns here.

Okay, so let's look at your op-ed... I would like to ask, "how are you measuring "divisive"? "

What's your metric? I understand you are saying that Trump is a uniter and Obama was a divider, but what numbers are you looking at to supply this? Is it number of protest groups? Is it number of protests? I'm interested in where the numbers on this one come from and how it's measured.

Curiosity, you know. I know how I would measure it as an anthropologist but I don't know where you are getting research and data from and I'd like to look it up.

Let's look at the numbers.

If the smear campaign from the deep state MSN Hillary crowd ever stopped and the frozen Iguanas stopped falling from trees in Florida I would guess citizens would feel pretty good about the direction away from the fall to third world country status America has now taken

Fairly sure that's not a one sided problem.

Someone makes a thread like this every few hours. Why don't you post a graph of where the stock market was when Obama entered office and where it was when he left?

And I agree, Obama was terrible. He was bought and paid for and did very little for Americans (other than creating a healthcare system that allowed business to profit on the American people. Which I'm certain what you consider to be socialism.) But God Damn was he good at bombing muslims. Which I'm sure you can agree was a good thing right?

According to Obama, everything was going as planned. Germany was a prototype.

I've heard the figures on all this on the msm. Do you not read or listen to the news? They were reporting government figures from the Dept. of Labor I believe. Should be relatively easy to find.

That stock market surge is helping pension plans everywhere!
I'm seeing lots of "Hiring" signs and ads.
The hurricanes have created a shortage of labor in coastal areas so wages have increased. Higher wages mean that it's not such a struggle to pay the premiums on their ObamaCare.

how exactly are 'libs' losing if the economy is doing okay.
are you aware that every policy affects every American citizen, not just the "right or the left"..?
how about a thread or opinion piece which attempts to unify or edify or even take our collective society into consideration since every life are at stake to our politicians.

what are 'dems' losing exactly? the rich, 'left or right' in their mansions or on their yachts are enjoying their kickbacks, but what are you joe shmoe, with possibly less than $10k in savings actually benefit from divisiveness?

It´s too funny, how two frogs sit in the same pot, in the same nearly boiling water, while one frog says to the other one: You, YOU ALONE are doomed!

Comedy gold, priceless!!!

I guess they are tired of winning?

Seriously, though...they would rather our country suck than have America do well. They have too much of their platform invested in failure. They need the U.S. to fail so we will all want the Government to swoop in and save us with their Liberal dystopia.

Also, if there are people doing well then it makes their own failures more obvious.

Bwaaahahaa!! It's obvious you don't know your American history, past and present.. But please continue to polish turd, what other recent admin, had neo-Nazis in the Oval office, what other admin publicly brags about assaulting females, who is hell bent on widening class divide, sure AF wasn't Obama.

Obama got his sins, he created Libya as it now stands, he was a war hawk that extend the Afghan war, and was punked into not closing GITMO.
Economic wise he bought us from the brink of collapse, although he did made the Bush tax cuts permanent.

Your man in the White House promised to drain the swamp, he flooded it ten folds, he put in places of important positions folks without quals who are totally incompetent to do the job.

Over seas he is an embarrassment, a thing almost ever expat have to try and explain, or at least tell our host ,all Americans are not like that.

Whatever "U" think of Obama he rates much higher on the world's stage than Trump, whom most think is a child or a dumbass.

Barack Obama -- Under President Obama, the national debt grew the most dollar-wise. He added $7.917 trillion, a 68 percent increase, in seven years.

Yeah. Right. Now you guys are worried about spending and deficits.
