This is what is annoying about ATS. You guys have such a hard time proving your assertions and will twist any way you can so that you do not have to come to terms with the garbage you believe, that you will talk out of your asses and hope it smells bad enough no one wants to approach it.

I just posted another example.

The sailor who was arrested for snapping a few pics of a nuclear submarine for his fiance/family.

They acknowledged he had no intent to "spy" (aka commit espionage) yet he was sentenced to prison.

Intent is not required for charges under the espionage act. And in light of the revelations against the investigative team in that case, a new case (and special counsel) is not only warranted, but is required to continue operating as a legitimate LE entity.

This isn't a banana republic with Venezuela or North Korea. We have rule of law, and I have a feeling the Clintons (and company) are about to find out exactly what that means. No one is above the law. Not Huma Abedin, Cherryl Mills or even Hillary Clinton.
