Justice Department officials are taking a fresh look at Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server while she served as secretary of State, The Daily Beast has learned.

So much incriminating information has been revealed to the public since last January.

And yesterday it was announced that Sessions had appointed interim investigators (meaning kick out the Obama holdovers, the worst of whom probably had to be smoked out since they were hiding their disloyalty).

Sessions is taking his time and doing it right

They can generally withdraw immunity if the witness lies, is uncooperative, or if the circumstances of the case change. However, as long as the AG agrees with it, immunity can legally be withdrawn for any reason at all.

Reported here as well:
www.washingtonexaminer.com...

The Department of Justice has caved to pressure from the White House and is reportedly reopening the investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server.

The article states the Justice Department "caved" to pressure from the WH. Caved my ass! How about "acted appropriately in the face of undeniable evidence of misdeeds"?

Good, this book nonsense by an author known for lying is giving libs false hope.

Real action is what’s needed, in this case, corruption via Hillary pay for play and handling of classified issues.

Don’t you folks know? The system is causality, poke them, you’ll get knifed back.

DOJ should nail Abedin on emails from Weiner's laptop and flip her on the whole Clinton cabal. Abedin knows where Hillary buried all of the bodies.

Washington examiner and the daily beast...
I'll check back. Eventually some credible news source will confirm this...or not.

How about if they destroy evidence under subpoena?

They were copies of emails that the FBI had already seen from Clintons server. She was cleared to receive anything Clinton chose to send her lap top. I don't know why you people think there's going to be different results. The FBI did their job. They're not slackers and they certainly are not corrupt like trump wants to paint them. Trump needs to discredit them so when they reveal his crimes he can say well they just lie, they are corrupt, they are fake. And some. Ahem...will believe him.
But they are not corrupt and they don't lie and the results are going to be exactly the same. Why do you think sessions kept dragging his feet on doing this? Why did he discourage the senators asking for it by saying there was no factual basis to reopen the case? Now all he's done is cave to the president who shouldn't have a say in this and then he can say see we looked again. Sorry but there's nothing here.

Don't bother. Certain members show up in every HRC thread demanding evidence of everything over and over again yet always completely and utterly ignore it when the evidence is trotted out time and again.

Only to show up in the next thread, asking the exact same question, and ignoring the evidence all over again.

For some, HRC walks on water and has never uttered a lie in her life.

I dont agree with you. But it matters not. A criminal investigation will sort all of this out. Are you enjoying the storm?

Nah, John Connolly was just being a good friend to his pal Whitey. Nothing wrong with that.

Wow your world is going to be shattered and after reading your fairy tale i kinda think you deserve this reality check. Nobody can be this willfully blind and ignorant to corruption and you still insist on believing the russian collusion is gospel despite having not seen one shred of evidence. You're so gullible its really sad to watch.

Nunes is about to blow the lid off and he will take down a lot of people you're still trying to defend.

When does denial officially turn to delusion? I only ask because I fear we are way past just denial with some ATS members...

TDS is apparently a very real illness.

Oh please, anything about Hillary Trump supporters drool OVER, as if it changes anything regarding Trump.

There have been arrests made, indictment, and trumps team CLEARLY feel it is necessary to lie to the FBI. You don't lie to the FBI, unless you have something to hide. Common sense.

You bring Hillary's email up? What about Jr's?

Seems like there may be an inkling of truth to the jokes that Hillarys mansion caught fire because she was burning all the evidence... As corrupt as this system is I believe she was tipped off and knew this was coming.
