Justice Department officials are taking a fresh look at Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server while she served as secretary of State, The Daily Beast has learned.
The Department of Justice has caved to pressure from the White House and is reportedly reopening the investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server.
They can generally withdraw immunity if the witness lies, is uncooperative, or if the circumstances of the case change.

They were copies of emails that the FBI had already seen from Clintons server. She was cleared to receive anything Clinton chose to send her lap top. I don't know why you people think there's going to be different results. The FBI did their job. They're not slackers and they certainly are not corrupt like trump wants to paint them. Trump needs to discredit them so when they reveal his crimes he can say well they just lie, they are corrupt, they are fake. And some. Ahem...will believe him.
But they are not corrupt and they don't lie and the results are going to be exactly the same. Why do you think sessions kept dragging his feet on doing this? Why did he discourage the senators asking for it by saying there was no factual basis to reopen the case? Now all he's done is cave to the president who shouldn't have a say in this and then he can say see we looked again. Sorry but there's nothing here.

Wow your world is going to be shattered and after reading your fairy tale i kinda think you deserve this reality check. Nobody can be this willfully blind and ignorant to corruption and you still insist on believing the russian collusion is gospel despite having not seen one shred of evidence. You're so gullible its really sad to watch.
Nunes is about to blow the lid off and he will take down a lot of people you're still trying to defend.
